According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

O hotel é bem localizado e tem uma vista incrível. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos às necessidades dos hóspedes em especial o recepcionista Wesley que se fez sempre atento e proativo nas questões que tivemos e sempre sorrindo e com uma cordialidade que faz toda diferença para quem está longe mas quer se sentir em casa.
Os quartos deixam a desejar em estrutura, ar condicionado não funciona bem, é antigo. A limpeza é outro ponto a melhorar, nosso quarto estava com toalhas sujas e faltando sabonete líquido. Trocamos de quarto pelo ar condicionado e o outro estava melhor em estrutura porém a limpeza ainda deixou a desejar (parece que todas as toalhas do hotel são manchadas e encardidas, uma pena pois são boas).No café da manhã pegamos alimentos estragados, como o cereal e o pão de forma que estava mofado, as frutas estavam sempre frescas e boas.

Da limpeza, pois tinha fios de cabelo no box de outra pessoa e prestobarba usado, acredito que a higienização não tinha acessado o box antes de liberar o quarto.
