We had room 3112 if you want to sleep before midnight have a different room
Above night club!

Very clean, calm and relaxing. Beautiful hotel, staff very helpful and friendly, air conditioning superb, but beds were very hard .....that would be my only complaint for this otherwise wonderful hotel

Lovely hotel, small but very busy, great location to walk to Medina. Food - only one main restaurant but had a lot of variety everyday. The 2 disappointing aspects were onlyy being able to book the a la carte restaurant in the evening only once during the stay and that you had to reserve and pay extra for using the daybeds. I understand the need to reserve but don't see why you should pay give it's all inclusive. Perhaps it would be good to offer the daybed onthe same premise as the a la carter restaurant. Other than that it was a lovely hotel, great friendly staff, clean room, good evening entertainment especially jukebox bingo and I would stay here again and look forward to returning.

This property is not 5 stars. It’s 2 stars at most. Everything about this hotel shouted budget. The corridors to the rooms were worn down and screaming cheap, the rooms the same with a stench that hits you when you walk into the room. The towels shed cheap cotton onto your skin after a shower. There was orange grout around the bathroom and shower. The pool area shouted budget family hotel. We booked under the illusion this was going to be a nice luxury stay and it was far from it. Save your money and stay elsewhere. We were here for 2 nights and if we had more time we would’ve switched hotels because what a waste of nearly £500. Please also note the hotel is flooded with British.

We got a room with a hot tub - the hot tub was in fair condition - it wouldn’t say great condition though and needed some TLC!
Room was generally good with everything you needed

Activities were plentiful and very frequent - the activities team were great at getting everyone involved. My personal favourite activity was balance board yoga in the pool

The gym was a great and well equipped for a hotel gym!

The animals around the hotel were lovely to see - tortoise, peacocks etc.

Everything about the hotel was fabulous.

Clean room, lovely pool and chilled atmosphere. A la carte was delicious, buffet was good too. An option for late breakfast would be great.

So many choices

Staff were really attentive. Really good range of food in the restaurant which was different every day. I travelled with 4 friends and there was something for everyone. Dessert selection was amazing too. Pool staff managed to get us 5 sunbeds together as a lot of the beds were taken from early morning but as we weren’t lounging till later in the day and weren’t bothered about being beside the main pool this wasn’t a problem. Lovely hotel.

A beautiful 4 day break.
Very clean, beautiful surroundings, close to souks for shopping....and within walking distance!
All staff were friendly and helpful.
Food was good and the restaurant was kept clean and well maintained.
Plenty of choice for a fussy eater, and equally someone who notices the little things.

If you'd like a bed around the pool, get up early! I guess this is still a thing!
However, there were plenty of sunbeds and we much preferred pitching up later in the day and enjoying the beds in one of the pretty and secluded gardens. Much nicer, and a better view....

You can slightly hear the road from around the pool.... but it's not noisy or offensive. Please don't let that put you off, as this does allow you the ability to take a walk and enjoy the sights, sounds and chaos the souks emanate.

We enjoyed a very restful peaceful break.

The buffet was the highlight – delicious food with a wide variety of options. A few more live cooking stations would have elevated the experience further, but overall the dining was very enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the hotel itself feels dated, and the more recent renovations appear to have been done to a poor standard. For example, the shower tray was unstable, making it uncomfortable to use, and the silicone and finishing work in the bathroom were messy and unrefined.

The most disappointing aspect, however, was the service. Upon arrival, no staff offered to assist with our luggage. Our first room smelled strongly of cigarettes, and rather than immediately offering a replacement, the staff made us wait while they sprayed air freshener – we had to insist on moving rooms. In the evenings, it was a struggle to get bottled water, and cocktails felt rushed and carelessly prepared. Throughout our stay, interactions with staff lacked basic courtesy such as greetings or “please” and “thank you,” which left us feeling unwelcome.

This hotel has potential, especially with its food offering, but it needs significant improvements in service standards and guest care. A renewed focus on hospitality training could make a real difference.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, as noisy and active or quiet and sedate as you wanted it to be. We preferred a relaxed quiet time in the relax pool away from the big pool amd activities. The food is absolutely gorgeous, hot and with a great variety, we’ve been to many all inclusives but this one really was the best, in tems of quality of food, friendliness/professionalism, and cleanliness. Only a very short 5-10 minute walk from the souks

We enjoyed our 9 day stay in this property very much! The staff are very friendly and very accommodating! It also looks like a very fun environment to work in because they seem to treat each other like family. It offered everything we needed during our relaxing stay in Marrakech. The facilities were great and in good condition. Everyday we always felt very cared for and looked after. The food everyday was excellent- very delicious! They have local dishes available everyday. They offer similar menu for breakfast which was totally fine because we got to pick out our favourite after 3 days! Different menu for lunch and dinner! Our favourite was the Moroccan night! Such delicious local dishes. Different entertainment every night was fun! The activities organized everyday that you can book through the app will keep you busy during the day that you decide to spend a day in the property.
Their late checkout option (if approved and with additional fee) provide a great convenience for guest when their flight leaves later of the day. If not approved, providing a shower room for guests who are leaving late is also super convenient! This made us feel very fresh before heading to the airport.

The only room for improvement that we saw was that maybe they can improve their system to let the guests know when they are approved for a late checkout at least the night before checking out instead of the day of the checkout.

Overall, we loved and enjoyed our stay in this property!

Great hotel with lovely staff and an excellent buffet. Lively area with lots to do and a central location

Service staff are all trained and nice. Restaurant service is quick and polite. Reception staff are also nice. Food is good. Close to the main square. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing place! The staff are incredibly friendly going above and beyond to make sure you have a great time. There is lots of activities to do at the hotel, such as table tennis and boules, and Alice who was in charge of this was a super fun and friendly person. The hotel is absolutely stunning and there are so many nice touches such as fresh flowers and themed evenings along with live musicians in the bar and at even a violinist at dinner one night. The whole place and staff is beyond what we expected. Couldn't recommend staying here enough!

Loved the easy location, we had to use a taxi only once for a museum bit outside old town. Would highly recommed, staff was very helpful, we felt safe and you wouldn't believe it, but none of the noice from the city outside could be heard or bothered us.

Zeer mooi hotel,vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Goede kamer,lekker en gevarieerd eten. Aanrader om zeker in a la carte restaurant te gaan eten. Smiddags keuze uit buffet restaurant of snackbar aan het zwembad: lekkere caesarsalade en pasta met zeevruchten.

Overall this property was located in a great area if you are interested in walking to the souks and other local places. It was a short cab ride away to many other nightclubs and restaurants. Felt chaotic because you are in the heart of the locals but overall very safe.

The hotel staff were nice, not overly hospitable like other destinations I’ve been to. The food was AMAZING, head chef Said provided a top authentic food experience.

The downside to this property is nothing is open past midnight. For it to be an all inclusive there was nothing available as a late night snack, no room service and the premium alcohol package can only be added when you book (even though it wasn’t an option at checkout).
