Clean room good breakfast friendly staff
Nothing
The pool was nice, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, the arcade was really great for my grandchildren, the breakfast was really good, a good variety and the outside playground was a good little bonus.
I booked this on booking.com instead of calling the hotel itself because booking.com said they would give me a discount. That's the only reason I went through them but they did not give me a discount and I felt like they should have.
Very happy with this visit. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, so many options to choose from. Kids loved the pool and the arcade! Entire facility was clean and welcoming. The entrance lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays.
I would have preferred the room to be cooler. Was very hot and dry. Tried to adjust but didn't make much difference.
Was a great place people so nice
Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.
could use some updating a little pricey
The hours for the pool and arcade area. The exercise room was good as well
The showers in the rooms could have more pressure
Room was good size. Beautiful view out the window.
Bedspread was dirty had a big spot of something on it. Bathtub has someone else’s pink soap going down from the water knob to the drain. The rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuum for weeks. My daughter’s bed made a banging noise when she turned. Coffee was very bold and there was no bacon when I went at 8:30.
Nice location. Great views!
1) Early check-in fee of $25??? Why??
2) Broken chair in the room.
3) Toilet tank would not refill after flushing. Had to manually refill the tank. I fixed it
So they said they would waive the early check in fee.
Nice area.
Dirty. Old. No hot water. Expensive. Noisy.
We payed $400, for one night. We were robbed. We just happened to need to stay here, while there must have been something going on, nearby. There were a lot of people around. Anyway, I don’t even know where to begin. Place needed to be updated 20 years ago. The carpets in the room were absolutely disgusting. The bedding was old and “pilly.” The bathroom was outdated. The sink and shower were separate. The light switch for the bathroom was outside the door. There was mildew around the caulking. There was also NO HOT WATER. I tried to take a shower, before bed, turned the water on, and it was cold. We had to call the front desk twice to find out if there was a reason. The man said he’d check on the heaters. The water still never got hot. I had to take a lukewarm shower. The curtains in the room didn’t close, so we had to clip them shut. It was noisy, beginning at 6:30 a.m. We opted to not even bother showering before leaving, which was so frustrating to me. This place is a $100/night, or less, establishment. $400/night was an absolutely ridiculous amount to pay. We will avoid this place, in future, as I suggest everyone else do too. Gross.
Check in was quick and easy, our room was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to see the beds made up and fresh towels provided after our first night. Breakfast was nice, with an assortment of cereals, waffles, makings for breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, etc. I'd recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.
