The place is a fixer upper
Pros:

Nearest to SM City. 711 is just outside.

Cons:

The facilities are outdated. Water stains around the bathroom. AC is leaking, some clothes got wet. The pool was closed. But despite all this, they make you pay for a little stain on a towel.
