Pros:

The syaff was condescending and it was overpriced for what it was. I thought ocean view was included with the deluxe room I reserved but they didnt honor the reservation and then were rude about it.

オーシャンビューなのにお部屋もいい感じでお手頃価格でした。また、スタッフの対応がとても良かったです。私達は2泊したのですが、3日目チェックアウトした後にマリンスポーツを楽しみ、その後水着から私服に着替える場所がなかった為、ホテルに相談したら、快く更衣室を貸してくださった。とても良心的なホテルに感動しました。

総合的に良かったのでまた次回も宜しくお願いします。しいて言うならコインランドリーで洗濯する際、前の人が砂まみれで乾燥機に入れていた為乾燥機が砂まみれでした

Pros:

The hotel is clean & cosy, staff are attentive and courteous and the location is quite convenient. Various dining options available and within walking distances. The sea view is amazing and treated to very beautiful sunsets every day. The only thing that I didn't really like are the pillows. For some reason, they are designed to be lumpy on one side and soft & smooth on the other side.
Anyway, I will definitely stay there should I visit Miyako again.

Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä. Itse hotelli on jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt, mikä itsessään ei haitannut. Sängyt olivat kuitenkin todella kovat ja huoneessa märät vaatteet eivät kuivuneet. Tuntui, että huoneessa oli kosteaa koko ajan.

プールが22時まで無料で利用でき、その際バスタオルを無料で貸し出してもらえたのはよかったです。部屋も広くて清潔でした。

コインランドリーがありましたが、洗剤や柔軟剤が販売されておらず（販売機はあったが使えなかった）、コンビニも遠かったので、水洗いだけになってしまった点が残念でした。
