I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Best Western Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.
I would like to give special appreciation to Mrs. Dilrukshi from Reception. She was extremely kind, professional, and always willing to assist whenever I needed help. Her warm attitude and excellent customer service really made a positive difference to my stay. She is truly an asset to the hotel team and deserves special recognition.
I would also like to thank Mr. Anthony, the Manager, for his professionalism and support, and Mr. Wijayaweera, the Bellboy, who was very helpful and attentive whenever I needed assistance.
A Small Suggestion
One area that could be improved is the room cleaning and housekeeping standards. Personally, I felt that the room cleaning was not always up to the level I would expect from a 5-star standard, and some of the in-room amenities could also be improved or upgraded.
Since the hotel has a very good team and a great location, I believe giving a little more attention to detailed room cleaning, housekeeping consistency, and the quality/availability of amenities would make the overall guest experience much better and bring the hotel closer to a true 5-star standard.
Overall, I really appreciated the hospitality and service from the team, especially Mrs. Dilrukshi. Thank you for making my stay pleasant, and I hope to visit again in the future.

Staff was coperative and willing to help.
The Mattress and Pillows needs change. Food can be improoved. Only the breakfast on the last day was good as some special guest were arriving that day.
