IDENTITY PROOF: In keeping with Government regulations, we request each guest (regardless of occupancy) to carry a photo identity to present on check-in. Foreign nationals are required to present their valid passport and visa. Indian nationals can present any government issued photo identity and address proof card e.g. driving license, passport, Aadhar card or voter’s ID card. PAN Card will not be accepted as the above. Also, please do keep handy proof of corporate affiliations, if you have made a corporate booking.
Group policy: Booking of more than 5 rooms will apply different cancelation and guarantee policy. The hotel reserves the right to cancel any booking that has come for 5 or more rooms even with different names /confirmation numbers, from same source as the booking will be considered a group booking, with different rate and policies applicable.

Priyanka and Priya were both great on the reception desks, & the two lads aswell. It's a friendly, clean & good hotel. Nice facilities & i'd recommend to others. Great to relax here, whether business or leisure trips, it's a decent hotel.

Breakfast options were very less, hotel charged 18% Tax on food bill.

The stay was fairly comfortable and the meals were amazing! Breakfast and dinner buffets hosted by Mr. Sohan were a joy!
My room has moulds on the walls. One corner, but not suited for the standard and price.

The Pillows and Bed is very comfortable. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel good.
It is a good hotel but if you call room service for even 10 times no one picks up the phone, finally you have to call the reception. The staff is very disappointing. They simply refuse the service eg we were told that breakfast is served till 1030 am. We reached the restaurant at 1020 am and asked for some hot paranths and omlette, we were told that since breakfast closes at 1030 am they don't refill food after 1015 am. They said you can eat from whatever is available in the buffet. with some argument they finally served us 2 paranthas and omlette.

I have been to this hotel couple of times now, when it was opened back in june their service was not so good and they were not having all the information regarding rooms and other stuff. but they have cover up well and service has been excellent so far .
