Fantastic and clean room with lots of space and within walking distance to the shopping district and Duomo
Pros:

Spacious suite that can accomodate four adults!

Cons:

Nothing - loved the place and this is the second time we have booked it. Well maintained even after 10 years from our last visit.

Fabulous, boutique style hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

The location was superb, down a small quiet lane but within 5 minutes walk of the Duomo and restaurants. The room was lovely, comfortable and well laid out. Staff were lovely.

Cons:

Small details like the air con unit being located behind a curtain was silly and the layout of the shower was very bad but they are things beyond the hotels control now.

Pros:

room is spacious, spotless clean, location is unbeatable
free snacks and beverages is a nice touch, good amenities including a hair straightener
staffs are welcoming and very helpful, responsive to problems and solved quickly.

Cons:

our room faces the main road, the first night was so noisy esp after mid-night. my kid kept waking up and we didnt get to sleep much either. Staff was responsive and moved us to a different building next morning.
