Penginapan di hotel ini sangat selesa dengan fasiliti yang lengkap dan memuaskan. Bilik bersih, kemas, dan lokasi juga strategik. Secara keseluruhan, kemudahan yang disediakan memang terbaik dan memenuhi keperluan kami sepanjang menginap

Cons:

Pengalaman check-in agak kurang memuaskan. Staff yang menerima kami tidak memberikan penerangan jelas mengenai bayaran parking dan juga tidak menetapkan pengecualian dalam sistem seperti yang sepatutnya. Akibatnya, kami terpaksa membayar parking sebanyak dua kali. Walaupun bayaran telah dipulangkan oleh staff lain, perkara ini sepatutnya boleh dielakkan.
Selain itu, penampilan staff tersebut juga kurang profesional berbanding staff lain yang bertugas pada hari berikutnya. Diharapkan pihak hotel dapat memperbaiki dari segi latihan dan komunikasi staff untuk pengalaman yang lebih baik pada masa akan datang.

Pros:

Saiz bilik studio mencukupi untuk kami tiga beranak. Sejuk.

Semua saluran tv ada kali ini (ini kali kedua kami menginap di sini)

Ada kolam renang yang bersaiz sederhana di tingkat paling atas, sentiasa berangin.

Ada water dispenser setiap level, jadi mudah untuk pelanggan hotel isi sendiri air dalam bekas yang disediakan pihak hotel.

Cons:

Ada sedikit bau hapak (tapi tak ketara) di bilik penginapan kami. Terjumpa seekor kamitetep di pintu bilik air, mungkin lama bilik tu tak di lap habuk-habuk.
