The place was good and clean. The location was the best for me. Downstaris is the subway station. The only thing that dissapointed me was that it did not have Air conditioner during the hottest summers recorded. Just a fan. So don't get it during the summer.

Great location, easy access to subway, nice neighborhood. If you don't speak Spanish, it is very difficult to get checked in and out, since there is no lobby and the clerk behind the desk is only a security doorman the only speaks Spanish. This is an apartment complex that a management company runs for available units. All communications must go through them. They should have anyone trying to check in call them to get it done quickly.

El departamento estaba sucio, grasa pegada en la cocina, horrible olor a cigarro, mi ropa quedo impregnada con el olor, las paredes estaban impregnadas con el olor. Almohadas incomodas.

Mensaje para la gerencia: Pongan detectores de humo para que la gente no fume dentro del apartamento.

El contacto de Nativa fue solo a traves de correo y WhatsApp, amables y de rapida respuesta. Es un edificio de departamentos, la habitacion era adecuada y bien implementada. La señal wifi es buena. Las almohadas podrían ser mejores.

Didn't see someone related to Nativa Suites... The doorkeeper gave me the key, all other stuff only by mail or telephone. If you don't mind this type of services, the suite is clean and comfortable. Maybe Nativa can invest some money and improve their branding inside the suite, some clear indications or a sheet of welcome paper, because until now it's hard to reminder who are they?

O apart fica bem localizado, no bairro Providência, com a estação de metrô em frente, além de restaurantes, farmácias e supermercado bem próximos. O prédio tem um porteiro comum e não há uma recepção específica do hotel. O apartamento é amplo, confortável e novo. Tem uma cozinha bem equipada para quem quiser comer sem sair de casa. Um ponto negativo é a limpeza, porque ficamos 7 noites e em apenas um dos dias foi feita a troca de toalhas do banheiro, sem a limpeza do apartamento. Apesar disso, voltaria a me hospedar no hotel numa próxima vez.

Na verdade o hotel aluga apartamentos num edificio, no tem serviço de recepção de hotel.Não tem limpeza, somente troca as toalhas e os lencois de 3 em 3 dias. Nao fazem reposicao de mais nada, nem de papel higienico, tive que comprar. A area coletiva do edificio estava fechada, pois é sazonal. É bem localizado e os recursos internos no apartamento eram satisfatorio. Nao voltaria, na proxima vou procurar um hotel de verdade.

Gut ausgestattete Appartment(s) im 8. Stock eines Hochhauses. Aufgrund der Höhe trotz zentraler Lage nicht sonderlich laut. Check in bei Appartment Haus Rezeption verlief jeweils problemlos. Keine tägliche Zimmerreinigung. Supermarkt und Restaurants in direkter Nähe.

Muy recomendable, apartamento absolutamente autónomo. Cumplen con lo comprometido.
