Nice hotel, good price for the night would definitely stay there again

Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and had the good pillows, the vanity area was well lighted and separate from the toilet and shower area, which is always nice, The free breakfast was above average. Everything was very fresh and the bacon was exceptional, five stars to the breakfast crew.

Cons:

We were watching TV before we left for dinner, when we came back, the screen was telling us that the signal had been interrupted and that we needed to reset our connection or call Comcast, neither of which we could do. Called down to the front desk several times, but the line was always busy so just made do with our phones.

shotty hotel that will screw you over. not friendly

they double booked me for the nice and refused to correct it . so I paid for 2 rooms instead of one.

May be the nicest room I've ever stayed in
Pros:

Our room was super nice and clean. There was nothing stained or broken. The bed was quite comfy and we had a nice sitting area and were able to hang out in the room very comfortably. The shower pressure was awesome, which was a big plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We had planned on eating breakfast here, but they didn't have eggs available. If you have a special diet that doesn't include grains, you may plan to eat elsewhere. Fortunately, Denny's is right next door and is very good.

Excellent Overnight in Eugene!
Pros:

This hotel was perfect-sited for us to travel on the scenic highways from the east and returned home straight all the way via Interstate Highway 5. Its atmosphere was nice, grand, and friendly. The room was so clean and its bathroom was quite clean. Its value was reasonable for this autumn peak. It was quiet in the area away from the busy distant interstate highway. The service was excellent as the receptionist was helpful to fix the captions on TV in our suite. We enjoyed every moment to stay overnight with sweet dreams!

Room wasn’t ready when arriving after 4pm… came back 2 hours later to see if it was ready … they were supposed to call to let us know when it was ready .. and didn’t😠. Not very well handled
