Pros:

I was in town for surgery and Best Western took very good care of us. Had a quite and restful night, great breakfast and check out was fast and easy. Thank you again for making this difficult time better for myself and husband.

Great place to stay for a night or a week. Will book here again!
Pros:

The location is perfect. Right next to the freeway, gas stations, Starbucks, and a strip mall. The room was ready and clean and the breakfast options were great.

Cons:

The hotel was booked so there were a lot of kids running up and down the halls. I know there is little that can be done about that but it was annoying to be kept awake for hours after 10pm.

Pros:

Nice staff. Easy access to and from freeway. Easy access to my room. Good breakfast variety with protein. Clean comfortable room.

Cons:

It's not something that can likely be changed, but the room doors close very loudly. It's tough to get a full night sleep if your neighboring rooms are coming in late and leaving early.

If you like comfort, this is the place to stay.
Pros:

There isn't anything about the aesthetics to complain about. Beautiful surroundings, maintained well and very convenient.

Cons:

no fault of the hotel, someone's car alarm went off at 2:30 in the morning and they were able to sleep through it.

Nice hotel, good price for the night would definitely stay there again

Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and had the good pillows, the vanity area was well lighted and separate from the toilet and shower area, which is always nice, The free breakfast was above average. Everything was very fresh and the bacon was exceptional, five stars to the breakfast crew.

Cons:

We were watching TV before we left for dinner, when we came back, the screen was telling us that the signal had been interrupted and that we needed to reset our connection or call Comcast, neither of which we could do. Called down to the front desk several times, but the line was always busy so just made do with our phones.

Pros:

EV chargers are not onsite. There are Tesla chargers at the Holiday Inn down the street. Other chargers are about a half mile away at the Arco (only 150w) across from the Hilton. The website for this BW is misleading and staff is not well informed. This hotel should NOT say it has EV charging available.
