Super Zeit
Pros:

Super nettes Personal, zentral, schöne Pools. Tolles Frühstück und auch das Abendessen ist gut

Cons:

Zwei unserer drei Zimmer waren eher spartanisch.

Not happy with most staff, breakfast and location - good facilities though.

Clean room, nice and spacious swimming pool area

Cons:

Some staff were polite and helpful (Ramon from the kitchen and the night shift male receptionist), but the majority of the staff were cold or even rude. At check out time, because I was 45 minutes late for checkout (I offered to pay for late check out) the reception lady came up to my room and was very rude and threatening to me.
The breakfast was not as good as expected and they would not let you take your breakfast plate to your room - breakfast time was up to 10 am and when I wanted to take some breakfast up to my room for my daughter who was still asleep just before 10am, they didn't let me. So my daughter had to go for no breakfast at all, although it was prepaid.
The area of Santa Ponsa where the hotel is located is very touristy but not authentic at all - just big and impersonal hotels - although the beach is quite nice.

Velmi čistý hotel. krásná zahrada s bazénem. atmosféra poklidná. Hotel pro relax i menší rodiny s dětmi. Žádné noční party nebo hluk.

Pros:

absolutely fantastic hotel, family run, very clean, great selection of food, very helpful staff, not too busy, not too loud, plenty of sun lounge, no race in the morning, 5 minutes on feet or less to the beautiful beach, plenty of restaurants around for every taste of food...we will definitely go back there...

Heel vriendelijk personeel en heel schoon. Locatie was goed, in het rustige gedeelte van Santa Ponsa, op steenworp afstand van het strand. Bushalte vlakbij

De bedden waren niet heel comfortabel maar we hebben toch goed geslapen

Lovely staff who went out of their way to make sure our stay or satisfactory
Pros:

The staff, when we arrived, we were not satisfied with our room, the hotel management changed our room with no force, to a lovely with a sea view. We had a late flight, but the hotel stored our luggage and had a lovely clean shower room for us to freshen up before we left.

Cons:

The rooms had no coffee and tea facilities. We were given a kettle when we asked.
