Tod esta super bien
Muy poca higiene, el desayuno escaso no se vallan con la idea de desayuno americano, solo es cafe y fruta
Está intermedio, por el costo del hotel es bastante escaso y poco higiénico
Hôtel facile d'accès. Chambre correcte et lit confortable. Salle de bain fonctionnelle, quoique exiguë.
Literie minimaliste. Un seul plafonnier pour éclairage. Aucune chaise ni frigo dans la chambre. Air climatisé très peu efficace. Odeur de moiteur. Mauvais rapport qualité-prix.

No hay acceso al mar y la alberca y el area de camastros es pequeña
Hay que buscar el ambiente afuera y la playa mas cercana no es tan comodo para accesar.

The pool area on the deck was very nice. The pool itself was good for wading, but not deep or large enough for swimming.
The breakfast was good.
The facilities were very clean.
Our first room was very undesirable, room one on the ground floor. The breakfast nook was immediately outside the door. The hostess had a chair stationed by our door hinges and the guests were blocking our room exit at times. Breakfast rules were glued to our frosted window. Door had a 1/4 inch gap at the side unless closed perfectly by lifting and bolting. The assistance from the evening reception desk was underwhelming. The Mar Elena should not even rent out Room 1 on the ground floor imho. In the end we paid 400mx to get a different room for our last two nights. GUESTS, I highly suggest you confirm your room is not on the ground floor when you book.

It is obvious that one books through your booking agency that a person can expect to be put in the worst room in the hotel. I was put in a room that basically was the same size as a broom closet. The staff was fine. There was no water in the room. There were no blankets on the bed, one sheet and to tell you the truth, I will book through the hotel the next time you may have saved me a little bit of money, but the room we were in was absolutely awful.
See above I think that booking through your agency assures you of a half decent price but the rooms that are reserved are sub standard one sheet in the bed. The room was in an obscure part of the hotel. The hotel had suites and very nice rooms that we looked at online and they interested us but let me tell you for sure we did not stay in one of those rooms. I am going to second guest booking with your booking service in the future. I think it is probably better that we contact the hotel and do our business with them directly. You should be aware that they do not reserve decent rooms for you.

Encontramos varias cucarachas muy grandes en las habitaciones y en planta baja.

El dia que llegamos habia 2 cucarachas grandes muertas en el cuarto , fue desagradable para ser el primer dia

Pool area was decent, but very small pool. Central location for stores & maybe 10 min walk to beach. Great coffee shop next door.
Didn’t get what we were promised by Bookings.com & had to change rooms, but then didn’t get an apt type room, which was in our booking. Breakfast was nothing to rave about . Some staff seem a bit less friendly than others. Wasn’t overall impressed with facility.
