We are an older couple who really like to stay at Mar Elena, Parking for clients is the only problem.
La ubicación es excelente, es muy céntrica y me ayudó mucho para poder disfrutar de mis vacaciones teniendo todo a la mano. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y contaban con aire acondicionado, así como wifi, excelente.
Las camas son un poco rígidas y no permiten un descanso al cien, de igual forma en la habitación que me tocó no sé si estaban haciendo algún arreglo a lado pero se escuchaba mucho ruido lo cual dificultaba poder dormir.
Os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos.
O café da manhã era péssimo, não tinha pães, ovos, manteiga todos os dias, coisas que considero básicas para um café da manhã.
Funcionava da seguinte maneira: um dia tinha uma pão com queijo, já pronto. No outro não tinha pão, só nachos já com molhos, que os deixavam os machos moles dependendo do horário que iria comer, no outro dia tinha ovos, mas já com salsicha, então quem é vegetariano ficava sem opção. Um dia que tinha pão era um pão duro.
Foi o pior café da manhã de hotel em que estive.

La amabilidad del personal la limpieza el lugar muy cómodo la ubicación del hotel es perfecta para trasladarte para cualquier lado
Todo estuvo bien solo limitaba las cosas para aseo personal lo tenias k pedir cuando llegamos estaba completo el servicio
La atención y que buscan mejorar y dar un muy buen servicio.
Lamentablemente en nuestra instancia hubo un inconveniente con la alberca, pero le dieron solución rápida.

The property had everything I needed. Close to the beach, nice modern facilities.
Some bottled water in the room would have been nice. All of the staff were lovely, with the exception of the rude girl on reception. I tried to show her how my door would not close and lock correctly. She tried to show me that she had managed to lock it, and when I managed to push it open gently with the palm of my hand, she yelled at me accusing me of breaking it. Locked hotel room doors shouldn’t be able to be opened like this and she couldn’t understand this.
