The distance to the beach
Location was great and we loved the Mexican charm it boasted ! The rooftop pool is beautiful with a great mountain and city view !
The only thing I would say is that it would have been great to have a small fridge in the room .

Location, rooftop pool, people we met there were all awesome and it was very clean. Loved our suite but didn’t have a balcony even though we requested it.
The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. The breakfast could be improved.

Todo, desde la llegada hasta finalizar nuestra salida, el desayuno, la alberca, fue un excelente servicio, nada que reclamar, las instalaciones modernas y bien cuidadas.
Close to beach, bus(10 pesos to Romantic Zone), simple breakfast included, and Versailles Neighborhood restaurants

We really liked the patio and the pool area on the rooftop. Very relaxing, did some tanning and cooled down in the pool
No fridge in our room to put our drinks and some yogurt and cheese we bought from the store.

The interior tables noisy with conversation after 10 pm.. It would be nice if there was a time limit so that the 26 rentals facing the interior tables are not kept awake by 2 noisy people
El WIFi no era fácil de conectar, las TV no servían, no había programación en las TV, pedi cuarto para 4 personas, era grande el cuarto pero solo una cama, no cabiamos los 2 adultos y 2 niños no había otra manera de dormir puesto que los sofas eran de piedra. El desayuno pésimo.
El otro cuarto para mis papas de la tercera edad no servia la puerta, no servia la TV.
La distancia del hotel al centro eran aprox. 15 min en camion.
I liked the central location, the AC, and the facilities available on site. The staff are very friendly (Alex is 10/10), and the beds were fairly comfortable. It’s easy to cab anywhere from here especially using Uber, it costs only about 60mx to get to the markets in 5 de Deciembre and 160mx to the airport.
They forgot to stock our room with towels and toiletries, the fixtures are also fairly dated and we found a few things broken already before we had gotten the room. For example the power outlets, lamp, and the closet door. The walls are very thin as well, our neighbours were out pretty late and we could hear them coming and going all night. The ambulance depot is also close by and you can hear them coming and going as well all day and all night.
