Clean and able to enjoy the view from the balcony
The lobby was very clean and smelled really good, and I really liked all the discounts the hotel provides for local attractions. Breakfast was included, which was a nice perk, but I do think the breakfast could be improved a little, especially by offering more fresh fruit options.
we had several issues with the room. The floor did not feel clean at all. It felt like it hadn’t been properly mopped, and there was sand all over the floor. Our feet felt sandy just from walking around the room. The bed also felt like there was sand in it, even after we shook everything off. The shower water pressure was also really poor. It took forever to rinse off, which was frustrating. The pool area could use some attention as well. The lounge chairs were moved around and looked unorganized, and we noticed white towels sitting in the dirty laundry while there didn’t seem to be any fresh towels available.

My room wasn't tidied up. I had to ask for new towels and my trash wasn't taken out.
My view was beautiful as always. Love it there.
The pool is small but decent
The area was nice lots around to do and walking distance
Not clean the rooms smelled like dog pee the curtains were so so nasty the shower curtain nasty. The shower head was so dirty teje water pressure was horrendous.
Location was great.
Bathroom only had toilet paper that was on roll. Had to request new roll of toilet paper 1 was given. Around wall of shower mold. I took a picture. Patio curtains had holes in bottom. We paid entirely to much money for this property not to be at 100%.

I liked the location of the property.
Things I did not like..
When we arrived at 8pm they assigned us to a dirty room. We needed to wait with 3 kids for them to tidy up.
Our room smelled like dog pee the entire time. We complained multiple times regarding the smell. The AC didn’t work very well. Asked for a fan and they could not provide one. Coming back from the beach they didn’t have a working hose to clean off. The pool was very small area and was gross with cigarettes in. Also the WiFi could only be access if you were a reward member.
I like the location.staff breakfast .
