The location was great and very close to everything.
It would be nice if you added a lamp or extra lighting where the desk is. It was a little dark in the room to do makeup even with all the lights on. Maybe consider a lamp or small light near the mirror to help. Also maybe shower shoes would be helpful for guests.
The hotel, room, etc. are basically fine - matched what we paid, and what we expected. What stands out is the warmth of the staff and how they made the trip memorable with some lovely little touches. For example, we had a concern about going out and leaving our laundry without electricity in the room. Staff solved our problem and went further by hanging our clothes up to dry and leaving a little note to explain.
It's a budget option - they provide a good product for the price

Résidence proche du métro et dans un quartier animé. Chambre (lits jumeaux) spacieuse, avec sanitaire et douche séparés, lave linge. Super accueil de la jeune femme à la réception ( que je remercie chaleureusement pour toutes ses petites attentions pendant le séjour).
Very good location
Terrible communication with the staff, not very clean room and they don’t speak English or understand English very well. They don’t understand my check-out hour and because of this don’t sent me my breakfast to the room (yes … the breakfast need to be reserved in advance to received).
Very nice hotel, great location. 2 minute walk to the restaurants and bars. Staff great, very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Very close to Seomyeon station, so easy to get around. All in all, very recommended!! 10/10...I'd certainly stay here again !!

Initial given room, its ceiling lights were not working. Then they change us to a smaller room next to it. However, the room door bell was not working.
Breakfast was simple bento set. They provided us with bottle water daily. The location was near to a metro station with a reasonable walk and you need to select the metro exit that had lift or elevators if you have luggage with you.
I had asked for more hangers on the first night but the front desk was unable to provide. A couple of days later, the cleaning lady provided us a cloth airer to hang our cloths.

La ubicación lo mejor. Muy cerca del metros , autobuses, zona comercial a 6 minutos andando. Y de la habitación el baño espectacular. Baño grande , dicha con presión y muy limpio. La chica que nos hacia la habitación e simpatiquísima , alegre y muy detallista
El desayuno. Era comida que me comería al mediodía. Para nosotros poco apetecible. Pero tuvieron un detalle muy bonito al ver que no nos lo comíamos y que les pedimos que no lo sirvieran , no escribieron en español unos post it muy apenados y nos dejaron unos zumitos y unos chocolates. El desayuno te lo traían a la habitación no era tupo buffet.
La cama un poco sura para mi gusta pero bie. Si te gustan los colchones blandos tienes un problema!!
Фото на букинге не соответствуют реальности. Номер достался с черными стенами, от которых отходили обои. Советую смотреть отзывы на других площадках. Слава богу горячая вода шла хорошо, остальное — ужас. Но очень милый и приятный персонал. Благодаря их доброжелательности, не хотелось писать плохой отзыв. И ещё отель прикармливает кошечек, спасибо им за это. Но завтрак лучше не приносить так рано, и не греть ягоды вместе с основным блюдом. И об уборке лучше договариваться за день, а не звонить каждый день. Следует заменить тапки, они разваливаются. Новые стоят копейки. Порадовало, что по крайней мере чисто.
Très bien situé, logement confortable, personnel très gentil, attentif et réactif. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.
