The spa was an absolute disaster, damp smell , portly maintained. We have been coming to musgrave coastlands for years and it’s sad to see how poorly the property has been maintained

Pros:

Convenient location

Cons:

Poor service :
1. unfriendly staff at front desk ,
2.ordered food at restaurant after check in which took 40 minutes and the restaurant was empty
3. The aircon wasn't working in the room. We had call 3x before someone came to fix it. It stopped working the next day again before we could check out.
4. Drilling outside our room window both days.
