Disappointed.
Pros:

Conveniently located. The welcome pack in the room and personalized note was a nice touch.

Cons:

Room was not clean. Carpet was dirty, counters stained and tiny insects crawling on the bathroom floor. Standards had dropped significantly over the last 12 months. Bookings made through Booking.com result in a poorer overall experience in comparison with booking with the hotel directly.

Oh everyone is welcoming and so friendly... They help with the luggage and do so with a friendly smile ... I would definitely recommend it to anyone

Cons:

I just feel the breakfast buffet can be better as I was there 3 nights and there was no changes to the breakfast buffet but overall I am happy
