We forgot an item in the room. We received a call promptly to let us know of it. Much appreciated.

Cons:

Wifi access password should be in the room or given to guests when checking in. I had to call reception.

Number for reception not clearly stated/shown in the room or next to the phone.

Bottled water should be made available in the room on the house since durban water experiences sanitation issues.

Per nightly rates are quite high. It doesn't make sense that guests need to pay for parking separately like one does at a mall.

Very comfortable stay at your hotel. The staff was friendly and food was delicious.
Pros:

The room was very clean with fresh linen and towels. It was air-conditioned and the welcome fruit platter was a bonus. Thank you.
