Convenient location

Poor service :
1. unfriendly staff at front desk ,
2.ordered food at restaurant after check in which took 40 minutes and the restaurant was empty
3. The aircon wasn't working in the room. We had call 3x before someone came to fix it. It stopped working the next day again before we could check out.
4. Drilling outside our room window both days.

Worth coming back again

Breakfast buffet was amazing, loved the variety. They were kind enough to provide packed breakfast for us for our race day as well

Cons:

Staff upon arrival were not very friendly at reception. We had a broken and torn mattress protector on 1 bed.

Disappointing experience - not worth the price

Our stay was honestly horrible. From the moment we arrived, we felt uncomfortable. One of the staff members was openly speaking ill of her boss right in front of us. The room itself was not up to standard for the price we paid. It was cold, the beds were uncomfortably small and the walls were so thin we could hear everything. To make matters worse, we had a connecting room and the guests next door attempted to open the interleading door at or about 02h00am. There was no landline in the room, the TV had outdated shows and the overall condition of the room was poor; chipped furniture and dirty carpets. Overall, the room was way too expensive for what was offered.
