Margaritaville at the Island Pigeon Forge, Tn.
Pros:

This was our first stay at this resort. It was very nice, make sure you join their free perks club before going.
The hotel was clean and right in the heart of the action at the Island.
The rooftop viewing area was a nice laid back spot to watch the fountain and other visitors.
They offer valet parking if you can afford it after the hotel rates, or you can self park in the free reserved hotel parking area about a city block away.
The lady at check in was very helpful, sadly I’ve waited to leave my review and have forgotten her name.
We will probably go back to the nearby Compass by Margaritaville before we stay at the beautiful Margaritaville Island resort again due to the price and parking situation.

Incredible stay
Pros:

The trip was wonderful thanks to a lot of help from Alex and Sonja. The presidential suite was beautiful with great views. This is our go to hotel when we visit the area.

Not worth the price of what you pay!
Pros:

I liked the location and not having to leave the island. Plenty to eat and do

Cons:

I didn’t like the quality of our room for the price we paid. The balcony door handle fell off. The wall next to the toilet was dirty. Lighting was poor. It needs more lights and also plug outlets. We left my 76yr old mom in the room and came back to find maintenance working on the shower that we knew nothing of it having issues. I was not comfortable with that at all. The beds are not comfortable. Upon checking out we had valet however it was so crowded there how could you get any where quickly? It was very frustrating and chaotic. Definitely not worth what you pay for!

A Great Little Getaway
Pros:

A really great place to stay for a couple of days, top notch! Plenty of restaurants to explore for all tastes. Entertainment for all ages, beautiful views, and a very friendly atmosphere. A word to the wise, it’s actually a dry county…so use caution while walking around with a cocktail, there is an actual fine.

Spa Retreat
Pros:

We went for a spa day. We stay at the resort before and enjoyed the rooms and property. This is our favorite spot for massages. We are local and go to the spa every few months.
