Amazing location and top notch accommodations!
My husband and I had a REAL nice time. Room was very clean. LOVED the balcony overlooking The Island and the gas fireplace. Wonderful to be able to walk out of the hotel & right to places to eat, shop, and entertainment.
Our stay at the Margaritaville Island Hotel was absolutely fantastic!! The location was perfect—right in the heart of The Island, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions.
The room was very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with a laid-back coastal vibe. We especially loved the balcony with a view of the village.
A special thank you to Chloe, who checked us in and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She greeted us with a warm smile, made the check-in process seamless, and took the time to ensure we had everything we needed. Her friendliness and care made us feel very welcomed.
If you’re looking for a clean, convenient and fun place to stay in Pigeon Forge, I highly recommend the Margaritaville Island Hotel. We visit the area often but this was our first time staying at this hotel. I will have a hard time staying anywhere else when we return.

The staff couldn't answer any questions. They convinced us to do a presentation for a free stay in the future. They promised it wouldn't be high pressure. Then i had to get rough with them to end the presentation, they could not accept no for an answer. It put a damper on the rest of the trip.
Location
We left clothes in closet and can’t get them back. I have called multiple times and still can’t get our stuff back.
