Pros:

The beds were so comfortable. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

Parking. I mean the hotel is inside the island but the parking was not close to the hotel.

Pros:

Food was good staff very nice I saw a man fussing the attendant and she kept very professional. My mom loves the fountain I've been taking here her the few days before she gets her chemo tx its a wonderful quiet plan

Your front desk worker noticed I had double book and wouldn't offer my money back and as far as I'm concerned that was wrong. Although I didn't let that want me to lie on my feedback on the hotel I still did the right thing and told the truth and applauded your hotel. And if you had a full house the night I might understand but you wasn't I asked

We had a wonderful time and absolutely loved our stay.
Pros:

The room location was wonderful for our needs. I loved having the elevator and the exit to the area shops eight at our fingertips. The continous wonderful smell of the hotel was great.

Cons:

I do wish the pillows were just a bit more firm.
