価格に見合ったサービス、良くも悪くも
Pros:

価格の安さ、連泊しても財布事情に優しい
設備も大概のものが揃っていて単純に寝泊まりするためなら特段問題なし、宿泊者は浴場、サウナ使い放題な点も良かった

Cons:

サウナの整い場がないのか、あるけど分かりずいだけなのかもっと明確にした方がいい、他の個室を利用していないので分からないがコンセントの位置がやや不便、ベッド周辺(枕元)にあるととても良かった、料金の安さにしてみれば妥当な面もあるのでそこまでマイナスでもない、もしくは延長コードでもあればとても良かった、部屋によって移動が不便10階の部屋から移動に多少時間がかかるので各階にそれぞれ何かしらのサービスがあればと思います

Pros:

宿泊者限定でドリンクが飲み放題であることが素晴らしい。風が吹いて寒かった時にコーンスープは有り難かった。
他のホテルに比べて安かったにも関わらず、スタッフの応対も全く問題無かった。
場所は仙台駅から少し距離があるのが難点でしたが、周りにコンビニがあって食料調達には困らなかった。

Cons:

床が絨毯ではなくフローリングだったこと。綺麗だったのでそこまで不快とは思わなかったが、同行者が気にしていたため一応書いておきます。

立地とスタッフの対応は、ホテルのグレードに対して良かった。

Cons:

ウォッシュレットが壊れていた。ユニットバスの取り付け位置の関係で、室内と段差が大きく、出入りの都度、膝痛が辛かった。アメニティもヘアブラシくらいは選択制で提供した方がベター。スタッフは市内の交通機関や移動手法について精通していなかったのが残念。
