Immer gerne wieder.
Pros:

Ganz herzlichen Dank an das gesamte Team. Sehr hilfsbereit und immer nett und freundlich. Da können sich sehr viele Hotels eine Scheibe von abschneiden. Tolles Frühstück und alles sauber. Klare Weiterempfehlung von uns.

(Mostly) nice staff, good location, breakfast & rooms meh
Pros:

Check-in here was smooth and we were on the 4th floor. Our room was decently sized and had a locked storage room to keep your valuables in, as well as room service every other day. Hairdryer and hotel toiletries were provided which was nice. There was a kettle and fridge in the room.

Breakfast was a little steep at over $16 per person per day, as there were only 4 hot food items. These were constantly being heated, so the eggs were quite grey and dry. The bacon was overcooked. Tea and coffee were good but I wouldn't pay that much again.

We did not eat in the main/evening restaurant however briefly spoke to a staff member there (noone was at reception) and the blonde, short haired older lady was extremely rude. We were looking for a takeaway driver/ just checking if they had seen him, and she said 'What do you want me to do about it?' which there was no need for. The other restaurant and reception staff were lovely though, and provided forks for our takeaways and helped us book a train for our onward trip.

We did have a couple of bigger issues with the room however. For one, as we were in central Harderwijk, it was loud outside. The windows provided no insulation against the sound and you could hear absolutely everything, including the breeze in the air. Secondly (and strangely) our room gave us horrendous vertigo. I'm not sure if the floors were uneven or if it was just our room, but we felt sick whenever we entered our room, until we left. I've never experienced vertigo before, but this really spoiled our stay and I've no idea why it's so bad in this hotel.

Overall, it's in a lovely part of harderwijk so if you're looking for an okay-priced hotel, it's good. It's also about 20 minutes away from the bus & train station , so a great location when going to Walibi Holland. But I personally wouldn't stay here again.

Tolles Personal, sauber, tolle Lage, sehr nah am Wasser und der Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Super war auch der kleine Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.

Duur verblijf
Pros:

Bad in de badkamer, ontbijt was goed, maar geen 28 euro waard. Kamer was verder prima.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt midden in het centrum. In de nacht hadden we erg veel overlast van jonge dronken gasten, die elkaar te lijf wilden gaan. Dat is iets om over na te denken wil je hier boeken. Ontbijt bijboeken kost 28 euro p.p. vonden wij erg prijzig. Parkeren kost ook 15 euro extra, waardoor het verblijf gauw 200 euro voor 1 nacht kostte, vinden wij voor een hotel in Harderwijk zeer prijzig. Tenslotte was er in niemand in de nacht bij de receptie, die even een belletje naar de politie had kunnen doen.
