Disgusting Service

House keeping was good, and the staff was also cooperative. Mr. Subhaditya Ganguly helped me during the stay. The hotel is very near to Techno India University.

Room n services

I recently completed a 7-day work stay at this hotel. While the initial six days were largely positive with breakfast included, my experience on the final, extended day was deeply disappointing and disrespectful.

When extending my stay by one day, breakfast inclusion wasn't mentioned, so I assumed it would continue as before. However, on the seventh morning, a staff member abruptly informed me that breakfast was not included, asking me to put back my plate or pay. I explained my previous six days of complimentary breakfast, but she was unyielding, making me feel as though I was being "caught."

To avoid further chaos, I paid for breakfast. Yet, the interaction left a bitter taste. After showing loyalty by staying for an extended period, to be treated this way felt incredibly disrespectful. It significantly spoiled what could have been an entirely positive review. It's disheartening that my loyalty wasn't recognized, and I was made to feel like I was trying to get something for free.

Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and always there when we needed anything. Our rooms were impeccably clean, refreshed whenever needed. They provided all amenities with genuine care—highly recommended

Overall with perfect satisfaction from start till end. Earlier made 2 days reservation but extended it for additional 2 days because of the same. 👍

My slef Nitesh kumar, i stay here room no 304. This is nice hotel..i stay here 12 days, there is no any issue,all staff and reception bevhior is also too good. Braek fast food also a super class. I give rating in this hotel five star out of five. Thank you

It was an wonderful experience with senses hotel. All the services were very good. The rooms were clean even the room services was really appreciable. The restaurant food was excellent. Each and every item we ate were very tasty and delight. The taste of the food was really good. We went to the swimming pool and the experience was just unbeatable. Overall our stay was non differetiable than our home. It seems that we were living in our home

Myself Kundan visited Kolkata for official visit by Icici bank stay in senses hotel New town . Hotel service is excellent.
Good Breakfast in the morning from 7:30 to 10:30.

Nice view from 12 floor have nice Swimming pool on top.

The property is well located in commercial area sector V, the staff is very cooperative and responsive good breakfast served it's a value for money, property has roof top swiming pool and gym I am regularly booking this for my business trip.

Excellent food and recommendations for centralised AC on the cabin so that cabin temperature can be maintained rather waiting for good time and frequent in /out also unbalance room temp. Staff are very well behaved and courteous .

Good Ambience and facilities provided. Nice place for business officials and personal family stay. All the basic amenities provided. Staff is really good and helpful.
Food is also good at reasonable rates.
