Not all hotel fault..but the expedia apps is the prob..my booking does not appear at hotel system..

I book for 1 quenn & 1 single bed...but i get 3 single bed wish they combine become quenn...its soo bad..

nice and beautiful hotel room. limited parking space, close to main road pose dangerous to car parking and guest.

The breakfast is good enough. Affordable with nice nasi lemak.
As for parking, it is hard to improvise since the area have limited parking spaces.
For Tatami w/o rooms, it is better to let the curtain close as the room window facing other room.

Decent place to spend a night or two. Parking facility can be better.

Staff no so friendly

Equipment in the room is so rundown, ie leaking shower, damaged cupboard, broken lamp and phone. Booked a queen size bed, but the bed was made of two single bed combined into one queen bed frame. Cleanliness is poor. Bed sheet is not clean and there's hairs on the bed. No service to clean the room the next day. Overall, a bad experience staying.

room door needed to be upgraded and change. 4 days i was there, 3 different room change due to spoiled room door lock system. the hotel also need pest control as i encounter cockroaches crawling especially at night.

The frontliner staff should be more friendly and welcoming when assiting guest.

I choose this hotel because it is close to IIUM and breakfast available

Everything was ok.. Just that during night there is thunderstorm n the wind pass through the window make it sound like whistle and its really annoying when its in the middle of the night. The hotel should check their windows
The room too dim difficult to apply make up

The facilities as describe in the details. Its such a nice stay for vacation or trip.👍

ROOM IS NOT THE SAME AS SHOWN IN THE PICTURE RECENTLY. A LOT DIFFERENCE. FAMILY ROOMS ARE ONLY ADD BED BUT AN AREA OF THE ROOM IS NOT ADDED. ITS SMALL FOR FAMILY ROOM.

i booked this hotel because breakfast is provided but during check in the staff only informed that breakfast was not available.
