We have been there twice before lovely friendly staff very helpful comfortable rooms large selection choices at breakfast. .

Nice, spatious room. Good location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, it was difficult to book a place in the spa due to privatisation, which truly was a pity. The only moment that was possible was somewhere in the middle of the afternoon, but not morning or evening, which would have been much more suitable.

Hotel muy bien situado en La Laguna

Cons:

Habitaciones un poco viejas. No está modernizado. Baño antiguo y pocas amenities. No se corresponde con un 4* seria mas bien de 3*. Habitación en un primer piso sin acceso por ascensor.He estado en hoteles de 4* mucho mejores.

Pros:

De receptie en de bar, erg vriendelijk. De kamer is wat verouderd maar proper en met chauffage, een goed bed.

Cons:

Het was koud in het restaurant a la carte en ze wouden geen chauffage aanzetten, we waren daar alleen.
Ook om 5u smorgens was een pomp dat om het half uur aansloeg, wij hadden kamer 316.

Pros:

観光地に近くて便利。駐車場が建物の中だけど広くてとめやすかった！

Cons:

建物が新館と旧館に分かれているので朝食を食べに行く時…雨でちょっと濡れたくらい。
