Pros:

We have stayed here numerous times. The hotel is convenient for our needs. We will be staying here again.

Cons:

There wasn’t an extra chair to sit on in the room a lot of open space could’ve used an extra chair or something to sit on

Bathroom sink drain plugged, nightstand surface between beds not cleaned - was given a different room. Rooms not very cozy - simple furniture. Electric plug phone etc very loose connections - four different sockets.

Loud highway near our room. Nice blast. Clean overall.

Cons:

Very loud next to highway. Could not sleep.
Loud patrons above our room. Sound proofing could be better. Sound machines offered. Shade in widow does not cover entire stream of light, making it almost black out but harsh light comes in at the bottom

Filthy room.
Pros:

Stayed here on 8/7 for one night. Entrance to the hotel was filthy, lobby was not clean but had a heavy bleach smell. Elevator was filthy. Room carpet was dirty, food ground in. I have stayed at this hotel before and it was always very clean, something changed, will never stay here again. TripAdvisor why do you rate this a 4 when all customer reviews this year rate 1 or 2.? Makes me lose faith in your ratings.

A very disappointing stay this year
Pros:

We have stayed at this property in July for the past three years. Our most recent visit, checking out this morning, was very disappointing. The outside when you pull in is very unkempt with litter, other debris and unmowed grass. When you go inside the lobby, elevator areas and guest room hallways (2nd) floor) are filthy and smell the same. The carpet in our room was dirty and stained. The luggage carts were either broken or missing. Outside of Kelly, who was very helpful, the staff was either disinterested or lacked experience in getting us checked in and out. It is a shame to see what was a very nice hotel deteriorate like this. I doubt we will be back.

We'll look for somewhere else next time
Pros:

Chose to stay here close to our family, but that is the only good thing about this hotel. The entrance and lobby needs a good sweeping. Young men hanging out in the lobby every time we went through. Room was clean. Room was hot, never reached the temperature we set. Bad pillows. Badly needs a rehab!
