The staff were very helpful and friendly, and it was good value for your money, as well as yummy breakfast included!
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable, with an amazing Irish pub which was walkable distance away.

Cons:

It’s not located in a very scenic area.

A cozy hotel close to the town centre with friendly staff, clean rooms and yummy breakfast
Pros:

A very cozy hotel in a walking distance from the town centre. Friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast. Coffee was super good!

Cons:

More options for vegetarians could be offered for breakfast (vegetables). It would be a good idea to keep the entrance door to the hotel locked for entrance during the night and in the morning for extra security. Or so that it could be opened with the room keys only during the dark hours.

Cons:

Breakfast was disappointing. Usually it’s decent but the coffee cream curdled. I brought it up to the staff in the breakfast area, they took my coffee away and dumped it. They didn’t deal with the situation. The cream packers should be on ice or refrigerated. I also wasn’t offered another coffee or a solution. The sausages looked awful as they appeared grey in color. The croissants were stale, bread was mediocre. Usually the breakfast at this hotel is decent. Not sure was most of it was below normal standards. In addition , the air vent unit in the breakfast room is very loud and needs to be serviced. And tv was not on to watch the news. After we checked out, we went to a restaurant for breakfast. I will need to rethink going to this hotel again. Perhaps it’s time to switch.

I won't be staying here again, very dissapointed.
Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

The mattress is caved in and broken in room 227. Very uncomfortable sleep. Also no bath towels were in my room, only hand towels.

Pros:

Clean and comfy room. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

For people with disabilities there was no grab bars in the bath tub area to help with getting in and out of the shower

Quiet, friendly and clean.
Pros:

We enjoyed everything about this hotel. It was quiet, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. No complaints. Would recommend.

Consistently good
Pros:

Our stay here was good as always. It's so great to have a home away from home that is affordable, comfortable, clean and provides a good breakfast and the wonderful Dove soap. The free upgrade to a suite was such a blessing for a longer stay over Christmas while we're visiting with family. It was a big help too when my brother's car broke down and he was able to spend the night on the pull out couch. We love the location on the beautiful harbour. Thanks to Bhannu and all the staff!!
