The place was nice. Didn’t like the wait to get I to room

We had a lot of people that came for an event and were able to stay in one place

Cons:

Check in at 3. I did NOT get to check in u til after 4:30 and was told “we’ll check in is anytime after 3” I asked for her to show me where it says after and she couldn’t because it says at 3

Pros:

I did not expect it to be nice ! I was so wrong it was clean and comfortable the staff was great! Breakfast was really good! The staff in the breakfast room was also great. I would say a 10 out of 10!

I wouldn’t stay there again simply because it’s very run down, not very clean and the room stunk!
Pros:

It was I. A good location …. Close to an Irish Pub that had nice meals

Cons:

It was not very clean …. Our room was extremely smelly and I asked for deodoriser which didn’t do anything!

Hotel not up to how it is advertised - very disappointed ☹️
Cons:

Room not very clean and very dark - not enough towels and soft soap dispenser empty - rained one evening and when we returned to the room there was a leak and puddles in the room from the room next door - I was given towels to mop it up - ran out of milk for breakfast one morning. A disappointing experience - we will not be returning

Pros:

Clean. Large room. Good location being close to the bay. Great value.

Cons:

It's a bit dated. The fitness room was a little too basic and some of the equipment was dated or needed maintenance. The rooms have been refreshed and now the rest of the hotel is also due.

cómodo, limpio, amplio, muchos detalles de calidad, y la señora mayor que nos atendió en el check in muy amable.

Cons:

La chica de recepción que la sustituyo a la señora mayor del turno de mañana no saludaba y siempre estaba fumando fuera....
