Empty pool with grass growing, one unit had broken window, the paint was dirty and in desperate need of being redone. A dump that wouldn't pass inspection if located in Chernobyl.
Nothing it was the worst motel I've ever stayed in.
Everything, Repair of bathtub, parking lot, walls, and such were done horribly. Bathtub had a two foot by six inch area patched with what looked like paper towels soaked in epoxy and it was slippery. Garbage was everywhere. Room wasn't clean and it was full of flies, holes in walls. Bed was very uncomfortable. It appeared that a number of rooms were used by management families.
You can’t beat this place , stayed here on the way to Sturgis. It’s nothing fancy but the room was clean and the air was cold, bed was comfortable. For the price you can’t beat it.
If you are looking for a place to sleep over night with some food places nearby this is it.
For $60 it’s the best cheap motel I’ve stayed at

Pool was closed. Looked like it had been for awhile. They claimed it needed repaired, however no efforts have been made to repair it. The picture for the motel was deceptive as it showed a pool functioning and a well kept motel. This motel was anything but well kept
The staff was nice and the price was good.
The floor was dirty and the towel had hair and a very dirty spot on it. The bed was very hard as well.

The place needs to be closed . It was the worst place that I have ever stayed and truly I just about left without staying .
The rooms were way too small. No accessible rooms. I understand it is an older property, but m!ybe you could combine 2 rooms to make an accessible room.
The room was dirty. Shower curtain was filthy. Would not stay here again.
The room smelled of mildew. The AC was terribly noisy.
