Der Aufenthalt war toll. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön, das Personal nett und kompetent. Trotz früher Ankunft war das Zimmer verfügbar. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert

Beautiful hotel. The interior and food were fantastic. Great offer for families with children—a high-quality playground. The squash court was a nice touch. There is a nice lounge in the lobby for evening drinks. There is a great view from the pool because it's on the 3rd floor

對面有個停車場，我繞了兩圈問飯店人員才知道可以停，因為實在看不到標示。不過，我第一次出差到這，也是讓我充滿期待與驚喜，還是得到了一個很好的體驗。飯店很乾淨，服務人員感覺比較嚴肅，但聊天後其實人都很好且親切，這裡周邊環境並不是很好，好多餐廳很早關門。下次出差一定還是選擇這裡，因為這裡住的很舒服。

One of the best my hotel. Highly recommended. Very clean, nice food, nice swimming pool on the roof. Big parking places. Large spacious rooms in an industrial style. Very tasty breakfast and delicious dinners. Silent, nice places for the rest.

Excellent hotel, wonderful food

Parking outside besides the hotel, room is ok and clean.
The best are the amenities ( bowling, spa, restaurant, bars, squash, gym ).
Good breakfast and nice staff.
I didn’t have time to visit the city so I don’t know if there is something relevant to visit.

Another lovely stay in this hotel. The staff as usual very helpful and polite.
The room was quiet, warm and very clean. The lovely choice of food for breakfast - everybody will be happy and leave the restaurant with full tummy. I have to admit I had a chance to eat an absolutely amazing dinner there - spinach, rice and fillet of cod. Bravo to the chef.

Very short but wonderful stay! We had a chance to enjoy my the pool, saunas, bowling and Przedzalnia restaurant. Food was top class as well as the drinks. On top of that we had a gorgeous view from the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful - thank You for having us.

I first visited the hotel about 4 years ago and every time I'm in Pabianice this is my place to go (this was my 3rd visit this year); it feels like home; the staff are extremely professional. friendly and nothing is ever an issue. Yes, you do need to ask for your room to be serviced and even then it's not done too well; the housekeeping simply folded the duvet on my bed, without even straightening the sheets and pillows and left fresh towels in the bathroom; but..............frankly i didn't mind that; i stayed in the hotel on business and it delivered all I needed; breakfast was very good - large selection of food, all well presented and very tasty; dinner was equally nice; my special thanks to Malgorzata M who always makes my visits special; the hotel is definitely the ONLY place to go when you are in town

My second time at this hotel and hopefully not my last. Fantastic service, friendly staff and excellent room.

I stay in Fabryka Welny at least once a year and I always go back. My holiday wouldn't be the same without it. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself offers good spacious rooms full of character. If you want to stay somewhere more peaceful I would highly recommend it.

The place was beautiful and the room was huge.

There was a wedding party at the hotel though, so when we arrived, it was so loud, that we could barely hear what the receptionist said. The party could not be heard in the room though 😊 however, this meant, that we were woken up quite a few times by drunk people making noises in the hallway. Definitely not ideal. So am only giving 4 stars instead of 5, as it meant that we did not get a good night's sleep.

We stayed with my wife for nice weekend in the hotel. That was great choice. Nice and comfortable room and excelent cuisine and service! The final additional point was very good gym and swimming pool! Have a fun!

We engoyed our stay in Fabryka Welny. The apartment was comfortable and really spacious. There were some noises in ventilation at night. The restaurants have a wide offer and tasty dishes, but the waiting time was quite long. Swimming pool is nicely located on the last (3rd) floor. I recommend the hotel, however if you want to combine staying there with visiting Lodz, you need to calculate the distance (around 30 minutes).

The hotel is ok for a small town like Pabianice, but it's either hugely overpriced or needs to improve on many levels because the value for money is very poor. At around Ero 120 per night, you would expect that the hotel would offer some basics, a dental kit for people like me who forgot their toothbrush, an umbrella, and a decent coffee station in the room (there was just one bag of tea) and no cream, for example. The process of charging restaurant consumption, etc., to the room was excessively complicated.
On a positive note, the staff was friendly and well-intentioned though lacking basic hospitality training.

A perfectly clean suite, delicious meals in the restaurants, a really engaged friendly staff. The breakfast that we ordered to our room was amazing. The swimming pool and saunas - top notch.
Remember, that if you're with kids, bowling is super kids friendly. The ramp system helps them to score a lot.

New and very nice hotel, arranged in a modern/minimalist style of a loft/old industrial setting. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, food served really good. The main problem was with heating which is running in a same way as air conditioning (making some light noise from time to time, as well as running only when hotel room card is inserted into a slot by the door and off when leaving the room). Also, the pool could be a bit bigger, while water at hot tub was not very warm.

Very nice place. Comfortable rooms and great service. I travelled with an infant and there was offered additional facilities like child-bed in the room, child-chair or playground in the restaurant.
Additional services like swimming pool or SPA also available, but it's hard to find a free gap in time schedule if you want to book it ad-hoc.
I got also free service of charging electric vehicle during the night (two chargers with Type 2 plugs).
