Der Aufenthalt war toll. Der Wellnessbereich ist schön, das Personal nett und kompetent. Trotz früher Ankunft war das Zimmer verfügbar. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert

對面有個停車場，我繞了兩圈問飯店人員才知道可以停，因為實在看不到標示。不過，我第一次出差到這，也是讓我充滿期待與驚喜，還是得到了一個很好的體驗。飯店很乾淨，服務人員感覺比較嚴肅，但聊天後其實人都很好且親切，這裡周邊環境並不是很好，好多餐廳很早關門。下次出差一定還是選擇這裡，因為這裡住的很舒服。

Excellent hotel, wonderful food

The place was beautiful and the room was huge.

There was a wedding party at the hotel though, so when we arrived, it was so loud, that we could barely hear what the receptionist said. The party could not be heard in the room though 😊 however, this meant, that we were woken up quite a few times by drunk people making noises in the hallway. Definitely not ideal. So am only giving 4 stars instead of 5, as it meant that we did not get a good night's sleep.

Nice comfortable rooms and great signature restaurant with outstanding quality dishes.

New and very nice hotel, arranged in a modern/minimalist style of a loft/old industrial setting. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, food served really good. The main problem was with heating which is running in a same way as air conditioning (making some light noise from time to time, as well as running only when hotel room card is inserted into a slot by the door and off when leaving the room). Also, the pool could be a bit bigger, while water at hot tub was not very warm.

Pobyt w Hotelu Fabryka Wełny był naprawdę super, obsługa hotelowa bardzo miła, wszędzie czysto. Na pewno tu wrócę!

Najlepszy hotel w Pabianicach. Pokoje czyste i przyjemne. Dużym plusem jest bardzo smaczne śniadanie. Polecam !

Charmig byggnad med nybyggda rum. Fint litet aqua spa. Tyvärr var bastun avstäng pga Corona men poolen gick att använda. Restaurangen var öppen för hotellets gäster. God mat även för oss vegetarianer. Frukostbuffén var bra men fler vegetariska alternativ hade varit bra. Wi-fi var riktigt bra och nära till bra parkering. Vi är mycket nöjda!

Excellent staff in the time of covid. New hotel, excellent location.

The Hotel is nice and clean, staff very helpful and taking all the precautions after Covid so stayed with peace of mind.

This place was great
The room was perfect for the time I was there with breakfast included and had use of the pool and jacuzzi.

I'm definitely going back soon

Très bel hôtel moderne et confortable avec piscine

Our visit did not go well from start to finish and I would never stay here again. We decided to stay in the rather inconvenient area as the hotel promised a lot but on many counts it failed to deliver. At check in we were charged for parking that was free with our booked rate and told it could not be reversed. When booking we had asked for a quiet room on the top floor - we were given a room on the second floor next to the lift with a ridiculously noisy air conditioner. We were moved to another room that initially was quieter but the traffic noise from early morning was quite bad. We were initially told the anticipated sauna was open until 12. It was then discovered it closed at 10 but opened at 0630. When we went to use it the whole pool area and sauna and steam rooms were a work site and not available but this was never mentioned. All in all a very disappointing experience and I suggest you stay elsewhere

On our way driving down to Italy Lodz was in optimal position and this hotel was an absolute GEM!

Hôtel connu l'an passé déjà, confortable, parking à proximité, Spa et piscine.
Cette année, chambre sur rue bruyante.
Pas de place pour sortir les vêtements de la valise ( petite étagère à hauteur disponible).

Nice pool facility and great restaurant staff.
Shame that shampoo/conditioner weren’t included in bathroom, and we had to ask for more towels (for kids) every day (was pretty clear there were more than 2adults staying).

Very good hotel with lot of entertaining possibilities. High recommend
