Poor experience.
Pros:

Clean facility. Nice breakfast

Cons:

No bags in the garbage can. Breakfast ends too early. Certain Television channels did not work. I could hear people walking above me all night. Housekeeping opened my door at 9am to clean, which is too early. I was not impressed at all. I will not be staying again.

Serviceable motel
Pros:

It’s very serviceable, Clean, and all the pieces are in place.

Cons:

I wish that housekeeping didn’t knock on the door loudly before checkout time. And I wish that when we checked in at the desk instead of directing us to an elevator with an exceptionally long walk to the room, I wish that the Desk person had suggested we drive to the door closer to our room. That being said, they didn’t blink when we showed up 45 minutes before check in.

Great location near downtown Northampton
Pros:

Great location close to downtown. Clean and simple interior. Very straightforward check in process.

Cons:

Front desk was empty of staff when I left--had to wait to get a receipt and talk to someone. Price was rather high for amentities offered.

Pros:

Convenient location. Close to downtown Northampton.

Cons:

After my first night, the entire hotel was without hot water. I had to take a cold shower. Hot water WAS restored by the time I got back that evening. The staff was very matter-of-fact and gave insincere apologies. I expected some compensation but none was given.

Great location in the Pioneer Valley
Pros:

Location for doing things in Northampton was great. Breakfast was plentiful and included fruit, yogurt, and oatmeal, even cage-free eggs. I liked the lobby chairs so I could work there instead of keeping my spouse awake.

Cons:

The door to the room was strange - we left for a dinner and found it ajar and the TV on in the room. Fortunately, nothing was stolen. There seemed to be a special way to close it that we barely mastered. The bathroom door kept swinging open.

Very pleasant. My daughter had a room also as we came in for my mother's funeral.
Pros:

Nice, I wanted to thank the staff for accommodating us with checking in early as we had to be at the Wake for 3:00. They let us check in when we arrived at 1:30.

Cons:

Was looking for scrambled eggs, & sausage.

Overpriced bare minimum. Good breatfast
Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Room very bare and minimal for over $400 per night which is price gouging for college graduation. I have stayed in many luxurious hotels for $450 night that were 10x nicer than this. I have stayed in many Mariott properties that were equivalent for $200-250 a night which is what this should be
