Excellent stay
Pros:

Very friendly personnel, central location with convenient parking and excellent restaurant offering very nice Mexican or continental breakfast at the hotel's beautiful garden. Colorful and well designed hotel and rooms with a colonial style and many cenotes in walking distance.

Superleuk boutique hotel midden in het centrum van Valladoid. Het ontbijt was fantastisch. We hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad.

Pros:

Un piccolo portoncino e rimani quasi stranito a pensare che ci sia un albergo dietro… e invece è bellissimo, con il parcheggio comodissimo che puoi dimenticare la macchina e goderti la città a piedi, visto che sei a 50 metri dalla piazza principale. Il cibo è ottimo e tutte le persone squisite, che cercano di farti sentire a tuo agio. Complimenti

Mooie plek om te verblijven, is zeker aan te raden
Pros:

Erg mooie tuin met een leuke sfeer. Erg goed ontbijt, elke dag was anders. Op de eerste dag een kakkerlak buiten de kamer gezien, dit gemeld en de volgende dag was er meteen een massale bestrijding. Heel vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Airco staat volledig op het gericht.

Habitación muy grande y cómoda. Desayuno delicioso con comida muy local. Zona de jardín y pequeña piscina. La ubicación inmejorable. El parking justo al lado. La cena incluida en el restaurante. La atención muy amable del recepcionista.

Pros:

Heel dicht bij het centrale plein, parking bij de buren van de Burger King. Het ontbijt en dinner is goed! Mooie buitenruimte.

Cons:

De kamer zijn heel gedateerd, oude meubelen, de achterzijde van ons bed stond helemaal los. Oude badkamer. Kamer sluit met een hangslot.

Começando pela recepção e atenção da Tere e da Marlene, pessoas encantadoras que deixaram a estadia ainda melhor. O café da manhã maravilhoso, com opções típicas. Água à vontade, com reservatório à disposição. Quarto muito confortável e silencioso. Restaurante anexo ao hotel que facilita muito as refeições e a praticidade do dia-a-dia. Sem contar a localização, que fica praticamente no centro da cidade. Voltaria e recomendo certamente.

Pros:

Camera spaziosa, letto comodo, bagno piccben curato; posizione ottima sia per raggiungere la stazione che per visitare il centro; zone comuni ampie e molto piacevoli, con un bel giardino curato e una piccola piscina. Acqua filtrata fresca disponibile gratuitamente. Personale presente, disponibile e gentile. Colazione curata anche grazie alla presenza del ristorante interno e con buona flessibilità oraria.

The place is beautiful. Staff was so willing to help.
Food was incredible.

Cons:

Check in was at 3pm. The air conditioner in the room was not turned on in anticipation of our check in. The room was extremely warm. It took the room a very long time to cool down. That was disappointing.
