Buena ubicación, personal muy agradable.
Bed and linen (cotton) very comfortable, place tidy and staff very welcoming on the hotel side of things easy to approach and top service
A nice breakfast to start your day without hazle
Also nice to have a small fridge in room with coffe machine loved that!
Lighting in room needs to have different levels of lumens in order to have a real function .
Our room would benefit from a door handle lock instead of a regular padlock
Would like a stand for suitcase and some door hooks behind the door in bathroom to hang easily towels to dry.
A battery light near the safe would be very useful.
Restaurant would benefit from checking size portions cause some days dinners of same dish weren't same amount.
Also to put Aircon way ahead of time cause it gets too hot in there and we became food for mosquitos.

Splendida struttura: molto curata e caratteristica, in stile coloniale. Dispone di un cortile interno che è un'oasi di pace tropicale in piena città.
Colazione e cena molto buone e con buona varietà fra cui scegliere. Il personale disponibile e molto gentile.
L'unica pecca è che la piscina nel cortile era in manutenzione, ma c'è una piccola piscina anche sulla terrazza sul tetto.

Un oasis de charme et de calme dans la ville. La cour intérieure où on prend le petit déjeuner est magnifique. La chambre est spacieuse et le lit est confortable.

alors là c'était le top du top, le quartier un peu chelou ,mais lorsqu'on rentre a l'intérieur de l'hôtel tout est magnifique en premier le personnel très professionnel souriant et serviable , le jardin, le patio est magnifique décorer avec gout , les chambres sont spacieuses, le petit déjeuner, le diner le service tout est ok!!
la place de Valladolid est a 100 m a pieds avec de bons restaurants.... le plus le parking est compris et juste a coté de l'hotel
je recommande cet hôtel que nous quatre avons aimés le plus de toutes nos haltes effectuer !!!

Location was ideal, next to the central square.
Our room was very clean and well-maintained.
Facilities were good, the garden and common areas were beautiful and well-maintained.
The personnel was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, kind and polite.

As people have said breakfast was great as it gave us some fruit and some either scramble egg type or pancake option plus some sort of juice drink and coffee, always attentive if we needed more
Beds were sooo comfortable and glad the sheets material was cotton. We stayed on the family room C and it was spacious .
Staff that worked as part of the hotel was friendly and welcoming although must of them didn't have name tags so sadly I can't mention them by name but let's say that the 2 girls and man during the day shift were lovely.
Please to all the guests for the future try to leave them a tip at the end (as mexican costume) cause in here they all deserve them ;)
Also this hotel doesn't really have a pool it's more like 2 "jacuzzi" size but enough to cool kids down.
Great location and has parking lot on the side so ask for instructions to the hotel for how to use in case you need it as we forgot and it's combine with a parking facility next door.
We had the breakfast and dinner option, didn't know what to expect for dinner as reviews were not that great, my own experience after 4 nights?: you could use 2 nights for sure menu variety is a mix of culinary types from a set menu : an entree & a main with some options for drinks
I personally could advise them to just keep it mexican style in general.
Dinner set menu could recommend the pasta for little picky eaters and for adults I can recommend the mexican variety they offer it had nice flavours/seasoning just watch out for portions cause they may vary some days we're enough and some other days size portion was like an entree not a main sadly none of them come with any side dishes as part of the main, not even rice !!!
Hotel :
I understand this was a house property turn into a hotel but the way our door locks could be improved as you needed to use a common lock to close the room.
No scissors stands for suitcases , they would be very handy cause as a family of 4, clothes storage not sufficient in the room
Doors of TV wardrobe please put some oil so it doesn't creek :)
Lighting of room could be improved by just using lower voltage in some of them cause if every light has same intensity then what's the point?
And some light even a battery operated one where safe is would be ideal.
The restaurant :
that comes to be part of the hotel at night needs more focus into in a lot of areas:
It looks nice but golden cutlery not ideal for good use
Main size portions changed when we had our meals which was disappointing,l (not the pasta type), one time I was close to send back the entrée of cream soup cause it was barely warm but I was hungry enough to overcome that as I knew flavour was ok
Operation of Aircon in the restaurant could be a lot better by turning it on way ahead of time cause we ended up bringing fans as heat was unbearable and we also came to be food for mosquitos in there!!! despite the hotel being absent of that big factor.
Restaurants: Although it seems like a work in progress...and attentive and respectful staff work there as once a cafe manager myself I would replace them with staff that you could feel the genuine care & warmth like the hotel staff .
Even who I thought the guy manager of the restaurant could improve a lot in his social skills, I hope the hotel owner could give him some tips keep an eye on him or pull his ears lol cause I came across to talk to her and she was a lovely lady that it's obvious that she cares for their family home business.
Shame that although the restaurant looks great it also evident why it's empty must of the time besides the people that pre-book their hotel dinners
Tout est parfait, une vraie petite oasis dans un décor réalisé avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. L’hôtel est intimiste et regorge de petit détails mis en valeur par un éclairage tamisé. Le jardin est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables, la nourriture raffinée et copieuse, et le personnel très souriant, accueillant et serviable.
Very clean with a homely atmosphere and friendly staff. All necessary facilities were provided, and it’s just a 1-minute walk from the city centre.
La stanza era spaziosa e pulita. I letti molto comodi. Il personale molto gentile e premuroso. La struttura, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale, ben tenuta e curata nei minimi dettagli. Colazione abbondante e di qualità. Abbiamo anche cenato al loro ristorante una sera, prezzi modici per piatti squisiti. Tornerei subito!
