L'emplacement et le personnel sont parfaits. Tout est très beau et le petit déjeuner est très bon .
Petite attention de décoration de la chambre pour notre lune de miel qui nous fait très plaisir.
A partir du jeudi soir, l'hôtel étant situé en centre ville, les nuits sont très bruyantes (proximité d'une discothèque).
After touristy Isla Mujeres, we were looking for authenticity in Mexico and boy did we find it in this little gem! Everything was hacienda authentic and the staff were so accommodating

Petit hôtel dans le centre de Valladolid avec parking. Nous étions en demi pension. Le petit dej et le dîner était bon. Le personnel plus qu’accueillant, toujours avec le sourire.
Nous avions une chambre vieillissante avec une literie peu confortable. Nous étions accolé à la réception donc très bruyant.
Je ne pense pas que ce soit le cas des autres chambres.

L'absence de source de lumière naturelle dans la chambre qui oblige a avoir en permanence une lampe allumée. Nous n'avons pas trouvé la chambre agréable à cause de cela.
The property was a hidden gem. The gardens and rooftop were lovely. Staff was welcoming and accommodating. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious. I particularly liked our breakfast in the garden. On our next trip to Valladolid, I will definitely book again.
Our room had a lot of extraneous light at night, though otherwise the room was very comfortable.

Charming property close to town, beautiful garden around the hotel.
Bath was the center piece of the room but bath plug leaked and flooded the room!
Un hôtel top, très bien situé en plein centre. Nous avons adoré l'ambiance "petit village" du décor, notre chambre était somptueuse avec un jacuzzi privé+ 2 salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité. Notre réservation prévoyait le dîner : succulent et bien servi
Notre réservation comprenait également le parking privé. Très appréciable !.
L'accueil est très cordial, le service très professionnel.
