お盆の時期でしたが、快適に過ごせました。着いて部屋でお茶か水を飲もうとしましたがありませんでした。布団を敷いていただいた時にお冷やが用意されていましたが、先に用意されていたら最高でした。お宿はれきしを感じました。露天風呂も趣きがあってよかった。ただお湯の温度は低めでした。総合的に大変満足です。

内風呂から露天風呂の出入りの扉のロックが何故かかかってしまい外から中に入れなくなった！中に人が居たから良かったけど1人だったら…
部屋・ローカ等角に蜘蛛の巣があり残念だった。
スタッフの方々笑顔で接してくれてありがとうございます。ご飯も美味しかったです。

Well managed ryokan, very satisfied.
Pros:

The ryokan in overall is well managed in terms of cleanliness, foods and facilities. A few front desk staff can speak English. The onsen beside the snow hill is fantastic, and provision of good wifi and private toilet/sink is really convenient. Highly recommended.

フロントはベテランの方が対応してくれて、早朝のチェックアウトのため朝食の弁当に対応してくれ、内容もかなり充実していた。建物は古いがリフォームされていて特に風呂は2カ所あり充分快適だった。

Pros:

夕食バイキング、種類は多く、味も良かったのですが、人気のあるお刺身などはすぐになくなってしまい、補充も間に合っていませんでした。　
温泉は大浴場に隣接の露天風呂が温泉ではなかったことが後からわかり、少しがっかりしましたが、
もう一つの離れの露天風呂はとても気持ちよかったです。

Great spot in a lovely location.
Pros:

Great stay on a Vibes motorcycle rally weekend. Staff was excellent, food was very good and the location could not be beat. The Onsen was very helpful after day of riding. Beds were comfortable as well. My wife and I rode our bikes into town for the 2017 Vibes bike meeting and we looked for nearby hotel and the Oyada was perfect. Every activity was walkable! Need to come back here during ski season.

Pros:

The hotel is 5 minutes from Naeba ski resort. It is in the middle of the town and is in a beautiful surrounding. The onsen was great and the staff was super helpful and nice.

Great hotel, comfortable stay.
Pros:

The hotel was great and it's location was convenient to Mt. Naeba. The rooms were pretty comfortable. Even though the staff spoke limited English they were very patient as we tried to explain our request and they went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and our needs were met. The food was also excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
