Pros:

I used to like it but not anymore as I have to change room due to bad air conditioning and the 2nd room almost the same.
Drinking water bottle was provided instead of mineral water

Cons:

Poor maintenance and lack of parking even caused me fine from the majlis

a pleasant stay, but avoid the ground floor rooms if you are a light sleeper.
Pros:

the location is incredible, walking distance to major attractions within the KL city center.

Cons:

we got the room G008 which is beside the room G009 used by the hotel service staff. very noisy as the service staff comes in and out throughout the day.

cockroaches were also seen multiple times in our room as well as right at our room.

Lovely, exceptionally friendly small hotel in a great location
Pros:

We had problems with another hotel so booked into The Mesui Hotel at the last minute. The staff that greeted us had our booking ready and were so friendly and helpful and made us feel at home even though it was late at night. This is a small hotel in a great location. There may be a few areas of the main hotel that look a little worn, but the rooms themselves are lovely, comfortable and cosy with great bathrooms. We had such a great experience that we booked again at the end of our holiday! The people remembered us and also allowed us to leave our luggage there after check out as we had time to spare before out flight home. I would happily stay there again.
