Bon emplacement mais attention aux horaires d’ouverture de la réception .

Cons:

Booking à annulé notre réservation alors quand nous nous sommes présentées , il n’y avait plus personne à la réception .
Après discussion devant la porte avec une personne certainement depuis une plate-forme de renseignements on nous a ouvert la porte et nous avons pu communiquer via un écran avec d’autres personnes très agréables et serviables qui nous ont proposé une autre réservation , une fois celle ci payée nous avons eu le code de la boîte à clé et ainsi accès à notre carte correspondant à la chambre : rien ne remplace l’humain et surtout quand il y a la barrière de la langue .

Chambre très bien située dams le centre ville

Cons:

Chambre vraiment minuscule, mais OK.
Le système de réception par video n'est pas convivial du tout. La façon de poser d'innombrables questions m'a fait plus penser à un commissariat de police qu'à l'accueil dans un hotel.

Hacía muchísimo calor en la habitación.

Está en una calle con muchos bares y está mal insonorizada; se oia todo por la noche.

Los colchones tenían muelles incómodos.

Perfecto para una parada en burgos en viaje de carretera
Pros:

La ubicación perfecta! Es muy cómodo para dar un paseo por el centro. Un desayuno completo sin pretensiones y teniendo en cuenta que uno de nosotros necesitaba que fuera son gluten.

La habitación comoda y un entorno muy tranquilo a pesar de ser semana Santa.

Cons:

La columna de la ducha está ya para sustituir. Las llaves pierden agua y por lo tanto la presión era muy baja en cualquiera de los modos ya que se reparte entre los circuitos.
