Está bien para visitar la zona centro de Burgos.
Pros:

La ubicación. La cercanía a la Catedral de Burgos hacen del hotel un lugar adecuado para disfrutarla. Y tienen convenio con un parking cerca que facilita mucho.

Cons:

Al llegar nos atendieron desde una centralita, muy educadamente,, pero se nota que desconocían de qué hotel estaban hablando y no podían resolver dudas exactas sino solo las generales.

Estuvimos un cuarto de hora esperando a que nos abrieran la puerta.La persona que hacía el check-in no tenia demasiada idea de cómo podíamos aparcar.Fue caótico.
La habitación super pequeña.La mampara no cerraba y salía agua por todas partes .El agua caliente de golpe se ponía helada.En fin un desastre.

Está bien para un par de noches máximo.
Pros:

Está en el centro a unos pasos de La Catedral, tiene un desayuno correcto, estaba impecablemente limpio y la atención al cliente es muy cordial. La zona a tope de todo tipo de Restaurantes y tiendas que cierran tarde. Bien insonorizada la habitación.

Cons:

La habitación aunque tiene todo lo necesario es incomoda por su tamaño, extremadamente pequeña, había que caminar de lado, literalmente)
El baño aunque limpio olía mucho a alcantarillado en la noche.

La ubicación de hotel es magnífica, en pleno centro. La habitación limpia y luminosa, con un lavabo amplio y moderno. Elk personal no podía ser mas agradable y el desayuno muy aceptable
