Pas de réception, un interphone, avec sonorité de mauvaise qualité.
Un espagnol peut peut-être se débrouiller, moi pas.
Moralité j'ai trouvé un autre hotel.
J ai reçu qq messages appels vers 20h30, pour m aider.....
Apparemment les 80 euros ont été refusés par ma banque..ouf.
80 euros pour une nuit sans service, j ai pris un hotel 4 étoiles face à la cathédrale pour 110euros, croyez moi il n y a pas photo .

L'accueil !
Entrée par interphone ou il faut décliner son identité, puis accueil par écran interposé (opératrice calme, polie et très professionnelle). boite à clef contenant la carte magnétique permettant d'accéder à la chambre. Sur Booking aucune mention que l'accueil est dématérialisé. Centre ville agréable et très animé le soir, mais au retour à l'hôtel nous avions la carte, mais pas le code pour rentrer : interphone inaudible avec le bruit de la rue, tension, énervement , jusqu'à ce qu'on nous ouvre enfin la porte. Nous avons payé deux petits déjeuners, mais impossible de trouver la salle. Cet hôtel est un vrai cauchemar !

Repetiría sin duda
Pros:

La ubicación era excelente, cerca d la catedral y de todo el ambiente. En las fechas en que fui, plena ola de calor, se agradeció el aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Las almohadas eran muy bajas para nuestro gusto.

Pros:

A localização deste hotel não podia ser mais central, 2 minutos da Plaza Mayor. O quarto é pequeno mas bem limpo. O hotel sugere, para quem está de carro, deixá-lo no Parking com saída para a Plaza Mayor, tudo certo. Apenas alerto que Burgos também está a iniciar as ZBE. Zonas de Baixas Emissões. Quando estiver a funcionar em pleno, esse parking, está dentro da zona interdita para veículos que não tenham dísticos ZBE, ou licença, que se pode pedir antecipadamente à Câmara.

Cons:

É um hotel automático, com uma espécie de receção, que funciona das 9às 14h, salvo o erro. De resto é por códigos e intercomunicador.
