Buena experiencia para aprovechar una visita express a Burgos
Pros:

El hotel es sumamente céntrico (a cinco minutos de la catedral y de la plaza mayor), pero a pesar de eso no se oye nada, ningún ruedo ni jaleo en la calle.

Cons:

Nos resultó raro que no hubiera ningún recepcionista, y cuando llegamos tuvimos que esperar más de diez minutos a que el interfono contactara con alguien que atendiera nuestra llamada y nos permitiera entrar en el recinto. Las almohadas eran demasiado bajas, pero se solucionaba doblándolas.

Cons:

Het regelen van de temperatuur van de douche was rampzalig. Hierdoor verbruikt een hotelgast ook veel meer water: niet echt duurzaam!

Dit probleem was echter al bekend, maar het is dan wel gek dat dat niet even vooraf gemeld wordt.

Estupendo lugar
Pros:

Hotel..bien situado en calle peatonal, pero, sin ruidos y en el centro, al lado de la Catedral con cafeterías y
restaurantes al lado..!!

I stayed for 1 night arriving after reception had finished for the day and before breakfast
Pros:

The property was very well placed in the centre of the city which gave excellent access to the best restaurants and shops. Getting in amd out of the hotel was secure and private.

Cons:

in the booking.com app, to locate the property I used some of their pictures taken from outside the hotel but these did not give enough information. so finding the hotel in the lanes was difficult
