Ubicación pero en la noche hay harto ruido

Cons:

El baño de la habitación 501 tenia olor a cloaca, no tenia extractor de aire ni ventana y estaba tapado el lava manos y la tina. Ademas no tiene luz principal, sino que solo las de las lamparas de velador. Para tomar once en la pieza terminas comiendo en la oscuridad. La ventana del balcón no cerraba

No, en la foto se ve bonito pero es un hotel viejo, las alfombras están viejas, las camas también.

Cons:

La entrada es por un lugar raro, todo el hotel es viejo no se ha invertido nada desde 1970. Las fotos no es lo que dice ser el hotel. No lo recomiendo .

Śniadania bardzo biedne, zarówno te serwowane na miejscu jak i w postaci lunch boxów. Dwukrotnie poprosiliśmy o lunch boxy, bo wcześnie rano mieliśmy wyjazd i dwukrotnie dostaliśmy: suchą kanapkę z chleba tostowego z szynką i serem (chyba nawet nie było w niej masła), sok i mleko truskawkowe/czekoladowe. Mimo, iż za drugim razem, już dzień wcześniej poprosiłam o owoc lub dodatkową kanapkę, bo nie jadamy słodyczy i nie pijemy takich słodzonych napojów, moja prośba nie została wysłuchana i kolejny lunch box składał się z tych samym produktów. Żeby nie wyrzucać tych słodzonych napoi, każdorazowo zostawialiśmy je na recepcji u Pani recepcjonistki (do ponownego użytku w lunch boxach dla innych gości), a sami wychodziliśmy z tą jedną suchą kanapką. Przy odbiorze lunch boxa drugiego dnia, spytałam Panią z recepcji czy mają może jakiś owoc ale odparła, że niestety nie :( Jestem bardzo nie zadowolona, ponieważ zarezerwowałam pokój ze śniadaniem, a śniadanie musiałam dwukrotnie jeść na mieście…Doba hotelowa zaczyna się o 15:00 i pomimo tego, iż pokój był już gotowy, po wypełnieniu formalności związanych z zameldowaniem się w hotelu musieliśmy czekać w recepcji (20min) do punktualnego wybicia godziny 15:00, aby móc dostać klucze. Podobnie inni goście, także musieli czekać z bagażami w recepcji. Pozostawienie bagażu kosztuje $5 USD za dobę, za walizkę/torbę.

Nice hotel in wrong neighborhood
Pros:

The breakfast was quite decent. The room is very spacious and well equipped, with strong WiFi and TV channels actually working. The staff was nice and helpful. The location is central, 10m from the Plaza de Armas and the Cerro Santa Lucia. The value for money was adequate too.

Cons:

It’s not the fault of the hotel, but it’s not nice when the staff itself says the area of the hotel isn’t very safe at night. Indeed, those blocks can feel a bit rough, but fortunately, nothing happened.
