El Hotel es limpio y estq ubicado a 1 cuadra de la plaza central, super céntrico.

Cons:

El servicio es básico para el precio. Ademas fuimos 2 adultos con 1 niño y un bebé nos querían alquilar en 2 habitaciones, es lo que no me gustó, ya que evidentemente nuestros niños no podían ir solos. Por otro lado el centro de Santiago es muy sucio, desordenado e inseguro.

Hotel en casco histórico
Pros:

Es un hotel antiguo y muy elegante de su época. Actualmente la habitación limpia y amplia. Buena atención con desayuno para llevar para los que salimos temprano. Excelente ubicación para ir a hacer trámites. Está a cuatro cuadras del barrio Lastarrias con excelentes Pubs y Restaurantes.

Cons:

Lamentablemente el sector está inseguro de noche no se puede salir a caminar. Es mejor tomar taxi o aplicaciones de traslado. La calle no está con vigilancia municipal fuera del Hotel.

Falta un pequeña renovación a los muebles, especialmente los escritorios y cómodas, aparte de las puertas que le hacen falta su lubricación

Pros:

Café da manhã bom. Frutas só enlatadas.

Cons:

O quarto era muito antigo, com carpete. Tipo mal cuidado, sem capricho. Precisa de uma reforma.
Nem tem frigobar.
Soube de outro quarto já refomado, bem melhor.
O Hotel não tem elevador, nem pessoa q leve as malas. Como não conheço o Chile, não sei se isso é normal lá.

Mal aseo del baño y poco acceso o nulo a los ascensores para poder transitar con las maletas.
Falta de iluminación de las habitaciones, aún con luz de lámparas de velador, muy oscuro. Faltan lámparas en el techo con buena luz.
