Une grande déception
Pros:

L’hôtel est très joli mais ….

Cons:

L’accueil a été très médiocre.
On m’a fait repayer la chambre qui avait été réglée via booking sans rien vouloir entendre !!
Contrairement à ce qui est dit sur le site de l’hôtel, la piscine n’est pas accessible gratuitement pour les résidents de l’hôtel. Il faut payer en plus et le prix est très élevé pour une piscine !
Le restaurant est tout bonnement atroce ! Un grand buffet mais des plats mauvais , dignes d’une mauvaise cafétéria.
En somme, un bel hôtel en apparence mais dont le fonctionnement n’est pas digne de la Corée !

Pros:

Взяли отель на одну ночь перед вылетом. Удобно что от и до аэропорта ходит автобус - время в пути всего 15 минут. Сотрудники доброжелательные, отзывчивые. Помогли донести чемоданы, объяснили где что находится. В отеле есть магазин. Мы приехали поздно, поэтому на ужин не успели, но смогли купить еды в магазине и поесть у себя в номере. Так же до часу ночи можно было заказать еду в номер. Бассейн понравился. Оплатить его можно на месте, и там же выдают полотенце, которое при выходе с зоны бассейна надо сдать.
Отель однозначно рекомендую.

If you need to get to the airport this is a good choice.
Pros:

The location was great, we had to catch a plane in the morning. The room was comfortable.

Cons:

I was surprised at how long the bus would take to get us to the airport. We ended up taking an uber. We wanted to eat dinner at the hotel and the buffet was super expensive and just did not have to be that fancy.

Comfortable hotel
Pros:

This is such a comfortable and lovely hotel. The beds are excellent, the rooms are spacious and welcoming, and the staff are great too. There is also a convenience store on site which is… convenient. The shuttle bus to the airport is also really handy (and free).

Cons:

I don’t like that you have to pay extra to use the facilities - the pool cost an extra £30 per person (approx) plus an extra £5 for sun loungers which I think is outrageous!

Pros:

This was our second time staying and again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I wish we had more time, we only stayed for one night on a layover. Great size room with a lovely view, comfy cot for baby, comfy bed for us, nice bathroom, yummy fried chicken and cold beers. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the free shuttle is a great addition.
