체크아웃 타임이 아닌데 이른 아침부터 청소카트 2대가 복도에 있어서 어수선한 느낌. 얼음을 담을수 있는 룸의 문이 이틀동안 계속 열려 있어서 내 객실 문을 열때마다 불편감 느낌. 아늑한 분위기의 이 호텔의 컨셉과 어울리지 않는 관리같아요.

the check-in staff were very friendly and helpful, the adjacent mini-store was very well-stocked with many useful items, so convenient and affordable - excellent room facilities and room service dining

Cons:

I honestly can't think of anying - it is a wonderful hotel - great proximity to the airport, delightful views from my window, ease of check-out was superlative - would go back in a heartbeat

room was beautiful, breakfast buffet was set in a beautiful location/view with delicious food options. we ordered room service - prompt service and also delicious. airport shuttle bus was very convenient and made it easy to go from airport to hotel with all the bags we had!! would definitely come back here
