It wasn’t bad. The staff I met where and they were nice and useful.
Pros:

It’s close to the train station and also in the city centre and I was able to walk almost everywhere despite the fact that the tramway is just a stone throw and also the bus station.

Cons:

I didn’t say I don’t like the property. Was just there for a night.

Cons:

Le jour du départ ascenseur en panne (maintenance) sans avoir été prévenus. Nous étions au 5 eme étage avec de gros bagages et un train à prendre

Very good location, acceptable wifi

Cons:

Bed sheets were not clean and even had spots. When I called about it, I was told they were short on staff and that I should go to the front desk myself to get new sheets—completely unacceptable service (and change them myself?!). Breakfast was also awful: cold boiled eggs and a coffee machine that wasn’t even working.

Pros:

Muy bien todo. En frente de la estación de tren y del tranvia. El coche lo puedes guardar en el parking de la estación y te hacen un pequeño descuento si vas del hotel.
