Cons:

We booked three rooms for a family graduation trip. While the hospitality was commendable, the property's physical condition and the hotel’s highly misleading "deluxe" pricing tier made for an incredibly frustrating stay.

All Three Rooms
Across all of our reservations, the physical infrastructure fell far short of modern expectations:

​Outdated & Inaccessible: All three rooms looked like time capsules stuck in the 1950s. We were placed on the 4th floor with absolutely no elevator access, which is an exhausting climb with luggage, and we had dismal views.

​The "Deluxe" Bait-and-Switch
We paid a premium to upgrade one of our reservations to a "Deluxe" room, which turned out to be a complete waste of money and actually the most uncomfortable room of the three.

​Failing AC: While the standard rooms had functioning air conditioning, the AC unit in our premium "deluxe" room was entirely ineffective, making it miserable to sleep in.
​Zero Size Difference: The deluxe room and bed were the exact same size as our standard rooms. There was absolutely zero added square footage or upgraded furniture to justify the upcharge.

​The Same 4th-Floor Walk-up: Despite paying for a premium tier, it still required the same four-story climb with no elevator.

​Despite the wonderful staff and clean environment, absolutely none of the rooms at this property are worth the money.

I think the owner of the hotel needs to provide better service to the customers
Pros:

The property is very close to the airport and also it very easy to find ride to drop you there.

Cons:

The hotel didn’t give the customers toothpaste to clean their tooth so if you forget to bring it the customers won’t be able to brush their tooth .

De acuerdo al costo y excelente ubicación para mi propósito de visita.
Pros:

El desayuno no es algo extraordinario, pero dentro de los estándares de un hotel de este tipo. El sabor estaba bien, así como su temperatura. Para viajes cortos, me parece una buena opción. Por lo general es silencioso, pero algunos huespedes llegaban de muy madrugada y hacían un poco de ruido. Pero nada exagerado.

Cons:

Nada en especial. Todo me pareció normal entre lo esperado. Incluso el minibar estaba bien dotado de bebidas y agua para consumir.

Das Zimmer war groß, die Lage war ok.

Anfang war nicht so angenehm. Das Hotel is sehr alt, das Zimmer sehr teuer für was sie anbieten, dass Bett und die Kissen haben nicht so frisch gerochen, das Frühstück war nicht gut.
