Good value for money, with a very comfortable bed and excellent communication with the staff.
Pros:

The staff was very helpful and kind. I appreciated that breakfast was included, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well. There are also nearby places to enjoy different cuisines, which made the stay even more pleasant.

Cons:

The rooms can vary quite a lot. On my second stay, I was given a room with a very small bathroom where much of the water spilled onto the floor. In addition, repairs and maintenance should ideally be done in the afternoons—the morning noise woke me up.

Great location, professional staff, and a comfortable stay.
Pros:

Nice hotel with very professional staff. They helped us with everything we needed and gave us great recommendations on where to eat. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of good restaurants. Hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly (which can sometimes be a hit or miss in the Dominican Republic).

Cons:

Nothing major to mention. Overall it was a very good stay.
