Emplacement top et le personnel très gentil et arrangeant.

The hotel is in a great location, and the staff were friendly. Check-in was easy, with clear instructions provided in advance.
The shower was spacious, but unfortunately it fell short in several areas. The water pressure was weak, the temperature fluctuated significantly throughout the shower, and there was visible mold on one of the shower walls. Additionally, the door to the toilet was unusually heavy and awkward to open and close, making it inconvenient to use.
Location is 10 min walk to Rogers stadium
Everything was perfect. We had the 2 floors room and I really loved it. The bath, the bed, the location were all amazing. Thank you also for the free late check out

Tiny room, no washing and dryer machines in the property . additionally, missing our request to provide scheduled house keeping for the room.
Excellent location to restaurants very central to everything downtown. Bed was really comfy. They upgraded us to the penthouse which was nice.
The mats in the rooms needed cleaning and the carpets in the foyer also quite stained.
Which to me is a put off. Would have liked a TV upstairs in the bedroom.

El hotel es cómodo y funcional, no tiene instalaciones para desayunar o algún salón, pero está correcto. El personal muy amable, también tienen taquillas donde puedes dejar las maletas.
Se oía bastante el ruido de la calle para ser bastante nuevo no tiene buen aislamiento en las ventanas.
