Dry helpful staff. Comfortable bed and all very clean.
First off, the staff...we got a great welcome, they were extremely friendly. Our room was ready ahead of check in which was fantastic after a long journey to get there. The location was excellent....right in the heart of the entertainment district.

Nester Finn made our trip easy from start to finish. Easy check in and lovely room. Plenty of space and had everything you may need in it and an extra communal
Cupboard if you needed extra tea / coffee / towels etc. any question we had we could text the front desk and they came back promptly. Short walking distance to everything in Toronto.
The beds were very comfortable, there was a large soaker tub which was great after a long day of walking, the staff were very kind and sent a text during my stay with a check in and asking if there was anything they could offer to make my stay more comfortable, and the wifi connection was great - I had no problems with speed or the connection dropping. Its also centrally located and there were excellent food options, usually within a 4 minute walk, in all directions of the hotel.
The only things that I could ask for are a grab bar to help get in and out of the tub and a full length shower curtain as it did not completely surround the tub.
Mi sono fermata solo per una notte in questo hotel e mi sono trovata benissimo. La camera era molto pulita, accogliente e confortevole. L'organizzazione del check-in è stata impeccabile: ho comunicato il mio orario di arrivo e mi hanno inviato comodamente via WhatsApp il codice d'entrata e il numero della stanza. Ottima la posizione, con la fermata della metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi. Nota di merito anche per la presenza del deposito bagagli, utilissimo per girare la città senza pesi. Consigliato!

Il bagno bello ma veramente poco funzionale: la porta di vetro pesante e che non sta aperta, l’accesso alla vasca ( dove c’è la doccia) senza maniglia x tenersi ( il bordo è alto) e il pavimento della vasca scivoloso. Il cassetto dell’armadio non si apre perché batte sulla porta. Se stai 2 gg niente pulizie. L’ingresso è di fianco a 3 bidoni della spazzatura e il nome coperto da un sacchetto nero!
Very responsive staff. Very close to restaurants and entertainment venues. They had lockers for your luggage before checkin and after checkout so we were able to leave our luggage and explore the city.
It’s on a fairly busy street throughout the day and evening, so it was very noisy.
Location was great, staff was very friendly and the check in process was very convenient.
The bathroom was not cleaned. Hair in the shower, already water damage on what looks to be a new place. The shower leaked on to the floor which is a design flaw. The bathtub is beautiful but is incredibly difficult to get out of for the shower.
