The wellness center is available from 09:00 until 22:30 daily. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the spa, while children aged 5-14 are allowed in the hot tub only if accompanied by a parent.
When booking the room-only option, access to the spa is not included.
Use of the wellness center is not permitted for pregnant women.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

It’s a historic and beautiful property. We’ve stayed a few times at the hotel and enjoyed the spa after a long flight. In recent years, they’ve opened up day access and now the spa is not worth the additional cost, in my opinion. Plus, they’ve opened took out the only real swimming pool and the place only offers jacuzzi type setups. That and the overcrowding lowers the value in my opinion.
See above. They sell too many day passes to the spa and it’s now like Disneyland. We had some good visits in past, before the place changed. I’d still recommend the hotel for a great sleep 10 min fm FCO. The property is gorgeous.
The gardens were lovely
The facilities in the room were less than desirable. There were paper cups for coffee and water. No tissues at all . No hair dryer.
At check in we were shown map of the facility and requested one but were told there was one in the room but there wasn’t.
We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant but were told it was booked out and should have checked their website about availability.
The room service was overpriced with a service tax that we did not have in any of the restaurants we went to over ten days in Puglia.
Beautiful grounds
Bathrooms are not air conditioned which makes the entire room very hot and not comfortable. Room service delivered with no table and no kind of table to eat. And thought we were getting a superior deluxe but got a regular size room.

El piso del baño es una reliquia histórica pero está en malas condiciones.
Great staff. Was arriveing at 11am but the staff manage to get us in at 1 pm. Spa was great. Graden too. Food and wine exelent.

This spa resort was a lovely way to end our holiday. Close to the airport.
Not overcrowded when we went in early June.
Pro/con they have a third party service to take you to the airport for only 8 euro, but you must book 24 hours prior. Service is good, but they make no exceptions if you are not prior to 24 hrs.
They only let you walk around the spa/pool area if you are in their dressing gown (They supply) and thongs (They supply/or use your own). They won't let you look around in any other clothing.
Nearly all chlorine pools are heated to 36C. There are a few cold plunge pools and one pool approx 24C .
Night meals are a little pricey and they don't have the options of sides on the menu, but you can ask for them and they then charge whatever they want. (eg salad, potatoes or veggies.)
Don't accept the upgrade to room 31, as multiple times they empty all the bottles into a metal container behind the room, not right for an expensive place. Move the container bin.
Great location to airport
We needed a hotel near the airport for an early flight. It has beautiful gardens. The complimentary happy hour was a nice surprise but strict rule to wear robes in 80+ degrees was unbearably hot
The spa pools were so over crowded from day guests it was like looking at human soup. The restaurant was pretty, but menu was limited, too opulent and over-priced

It’s an undeniably beautiful property. The layout with the spa is incredible. We really enjoyed wandering through the spa area and pools.
The food options are VERY limited for dinner. When we checked jn, we were told the only dinner opening was for 9:00pm. So we decided to order pizza. We were sitting in an inconspicuous area on some couches with a table (because our room didn’t have a good area for four of us to eat) and someone rudely came up to us and refused to let us eat our dinner anywhere, other than our own room. The only other dinner dining option was a very limited room service menu that had some weird vegetarian option and lasagna. So basically, our options were wait until 9:00 or hover around in our cramped room while eating like concentration camp refugees.
Oh, and also we had ants in our room. Picture is attached.
המלון והספא היו מדהימים, בניינים עתיקים, חדרים משופצים ויפים מאד, אוירה נעימה ורגועה, ספא תת קרקעי מיוחד ויפיפה, מאפשר הרגעות ומנוחה, ספא חיצוני והמון בריכות, גן קסום. ארוחת בוקר טובה.
