The wellness center is available from 09:00 until 22:30 daily. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the spa, while children aged 5-14 are allowed in the hot tub only if accompanied by a parent.
When booking the room-only option, access to the spa is not included.
Use of the wellness center is not permitted for pregnant women.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Soggiorno tecnico per il volo da Fiumicino, la struttura è molto accogliente. Purtroppo l’ho utilizzata poco. Direi che non è l’ideale per chi vuole visitare Roma

Great airport location, beautiful exterior
Lack of room service from 3pm until 8pm. Very limited restaurant menu and tasteless turbot. On complaining no resolution. So instead of 5 star experience, we received 2 star experience at 5 star prices.
This is a true spa hotel and the rooms and especially the bathrooms were so luxurious. The beds were super nice and pillows were dreamy. The room was quiet and water pressure in the shower was great. From the Rome Airport, DON'T try to use Uber or itTaxi, etc. They all crash just when the taxi is 100 feet away and you lose your spot. This is due to the restrictive geo-fencing used by the airport. Instead, just walk to the taxi line and take a white taxi. You'll thank us for this. :)
When you book the room, just insist on any room EXCEPT room 33. Room 33 overlooks the restaurant dining area and the room's "private" patio is not private - it is adjacent to the restaurant outdoor dining area.

Il posto e bello ma organizzato male
Ho trovato il parcheggio riservato per gli ospiti dell albergo pieno e ho dovuto cercare io il ragazzo il ragazzo povero e lo stesso xchè porta le valigie in camera . Accappatoi in camera strappati e non da donna ma da uomo quindi sbagliati chiamo e non me lo sostituisce ma mi dà quello scrauso delle terme .bagno non pulito e le solite formiche vicino il cestino dovrebbero togliere una stella all albergo e organizzato molto male .avevano fatto entrare tanta gente e nessuno controlla se le sdraie sono occupate da asciugamano bianco inutilmente oltre che perdo l entrata della mattina con il cech in non ce nemmeno posto per la spa .l aperitivo solito che si mangia con le pizzette fredde gelate . peccato il posto e bello ma organizzato malissimo

A beautiful hotel with beautiful grounds, however to enjoy the grounds you cannot be fully clothed, you must be wearing a gown or swimming costume. There was a lack of bar to sit at night to enjoy the evening, only place was in the restaurant, cafe was closed but I believe it was because it was out of season.
