部屋が兎に角暗いです。
寝るのにはとても良い暗さなので私は気に入ってます。
部屋にケトルと電子レンジがあるので連泊中はとても助かります。
近所にスーパーとツルハドラッグがあるので飲食には全く困らないです。
スーパーには100均と洋服店も入ってるので急な入物があった際に便利です。
安いので清潔さは求めておりません。
お風呂の温度調節はソコソココツが要ります。
ライトラインまでの距離は多少ありますが、途中にコンビニ、ラーメン屋、中華屋、バーもあります。退屈はしません。

シャワーの出がいまいち。タオルの交換は毎日するのが普通だろうにフロントにわざわざ取りに行く必要ある。所定の駐車場が満車の時、近隣コインパーキングに止める必要があるが割と遠いし、提携駐車場でもないので自腹。

Pros:

The shower bracket was broken so had to hold the nozzle. Great water pressure though. Our window was locked shut so no fresh air. In our friends room the window opened normally. The sole staff member could not speak english which we did expect from Expedia who promote the hotel.

駐車場がわかりにくい。駐車場代を払っている人しか止められない場所はコーンを置いたり、注意事項を記載するなりすべき。フロントの方の案内方法がとにかくわかりずらかった。

とにかく安いので！不満を言ったりは出来ません。部屋に電子レンジ有り。無料の駐車場は嬉しい！スグ近くにパン屋さんとモーニングが食べれるレストランも有り便利。
