Excellent séjour!
Pros:

Grandeur de l’appartement et du balcon. Air climatisé dans chacune des 3 chambres à coucher et dans le salon. Propreté, confort et proximité de très bons restaurants, de plage etc…

Cons:

Le seul point négatif est le bruit du bar qui était en face note note chambre, surtout le vendredi et samedi soir mais la localisation était tellement parfaite qu’on choisirait encore cet hôtel.

Arredi un po’ datati , infissi e zanzariere vecchie e puzza di muffa nelle camerette.

Beau séjour!! Personnel serviable!!
Pros:

Établissement très accomodant: notre arrivée après minuit facile. Gardien de nuit securisant. Directement situé sur la Quinta, rue animée, mais interieur calme. En raison du retard de notre vol au départ, ils ont accepté de garder nos valises et nous ont permis de profiter de la piscine jusqu'à notre départ. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Bcp de québécois en long séjour. Notre suite était spacieuse. Parfait avec les enfants. On entend la musique dans le quartier mais pour nous, c'était juste agréable et ça mettait de l'ambiance. La nuit c'était calme.

Cons:

La vaisselle est à son stricte minimum. Nos portes patio ne barrent pas. Nous avons choisit de pas s'en formaliser. Nous nous sentions en securité. Et nous n'apportons rien de valeur. J'y retournerais.

Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal, près de la plage, des restos, etc. L'appartement était très grand, pas très moderne mais propre. Nous avons aussi apprécié la terrasse.

Cons:

Les climatiseurs sont très bruyants. C'est ennuyant mais c'est aussi positif. Ça couvre la musique des bars autours, qui joue jusqu'aux petites heures. Après tout, on ne peut pas s'attendre à ce que le coeur du centre touristique soit tranquille une fois la nuit tombée...

Located right on Quinta Avenida & hard to park a car.
Pros:

It is located right on 5th avenue and the 3 bedroom apartment I chose was extremely big & spacious.

Cons:

If you bring a car, you have to get in thru 5th ave where it's full of pedestrians and you cannot take the car in and out of the garage at all due to the pedestrian traffic. The apartment is huge and only has 1 small TV in the living room. It needs to be better equipped. Does not have washer/dryer or cleaning supplies. No basic stuff available and the only hair dryer only turns on for 20 seconds and dies.

Staff all amazing. Location is fabulous. Was a huge 3 bedroom.

Cons:

Property is runned down and everthing is old. Rooms musty. Must have been beautiful place 20 years ago. Unfortunately the place is not kept up and everthing falling apart. Showers full of soap scum. So much lime scale on faucet. Was upgraded to the owner's suite which was super nice but still run down.

Grosse Fuite du climatiseur . Lit trempé. Le matelas n a pas été changé. Juste retourné (tête pied)
Grosse fuite au fond du couloir * salle de bain du logement au dessus qui coule beaucoup..du coup flaque et sol glissant .. cette fuite n a pas été réparé.
Je n ai rien rapporté a booking ni embêter l hotel.
A la fin de mon séjour on m a facturer 300 pesos pour une tasse ébréchée.
J ai passé un mois sur san pedro : séjour a + de 2700 euros..

La amplitud del apartamento, muy grandes las habitaciones y la zona de salón y cocina. La atención del recepcionista, hizo todo lo que pudo para ayudarnos. Está cerca de restaurantes y tiendas, en plena 5ª avenida.

Cons:

Le falta mantenimiento,se ve ya muy viejo. Mucho ruido, porque hay restaurantes justo debajo, y la clientela es poco respetuosa con el descanso ajeno. El acceso es algo incómodo porque es una calle peatonal y tienes que ir andando con las maletas desde la perpendicular.
