Saya tidak bisa mendapatkan invoice, pihak hotel menolak karena memesan melalui aplikasi Booking.com dengan alasan harga hotel bisa berbeda harga harus sesuai yang dibayarkan ke Booking.com.
Booking.com sendiri tidak mengirimkan invoice, tp ada fitur minta invoice hanya bisa dikeluarkan oleh akomodasi

Very poor service. The room remained uncleaned 7.5 hours after a 5:30 AM housekeeping request. A pizza order took 75 minutes to arrive cold, despite two reminders. Staff were unable to understand or respond to my complaint in English.

A catastrophic and deeply concerning service failure that raises serious questions about how this hotel is run and how its staff are managed.
The debacle continued the very next morning, following the failures outlined in my previous review.
I requested a knife to cut the uncut bread. Staff appeared to understand, but then walked away, disappeared, and behaved as though the conversation had never occurred. This cycle repeated with two different staff members.
A fluent English Indonesian speaker then clearly explained my request for two five minute boiled eggs. What arrived were cold, hard boiled eggs. After a second explanation, the replacements arrived raw. By that point, the toast was cold.
Bizarrely, the uncut bread and knife, both previously claimed to be unavailable, suddenly appeared. There were not even knives available in the restaurant to accompany the forks.
This was not an isolated incident but a clear and consistent breakdown in communication, basic service delivery, and staff accountability. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and I have never encountered anything this dysfunctional.
