Pros:

Location, pools, two separate bedrooms in suite.

Cons:

Not very clean and the cars driving by were so loud you can't sleep.

It was okay, price was great, location was kind of far from where we wanted to be, staff not the friendliest.
Pros:

The suite was a lot bigger than we thought, almost like a mini apartment. The price for 2 nights was only $368

Cons:

The location was okay, but we had to do a lot of walking, almost seems like it’s on the outskirts of the French Quarter. The staff weren’t the friendliest. After I checked out and was at the airport they called me saying that I only turned in one key fob … they had only given me one to begin with so I felt like they were trying to find a reason to keep my $110 deposit.

Pros:

The space & affordability. Very walkable to the French Quarter, Nice courtyard and pool area . Rooms were comfortable and clean

Cons:

There was no full length mirror, no extra blankets in the room
No dresser or draws to put clothes in. No house Keeping , no one came around to empty trash bins, make beds or relace towels

Bad experience
Cons:

We stayed for two nights, but AC was not working. They tried to repair it, but they could not so we could not enjoy the stay in New Orleans at all. Due to this hotel. We asked for fun, but we didn’t get a single penny.

I guess you get what you pay for.
Pros:

I’ve stay at the property for many years. Love the location of hotel but front workers sucks. From Brittany … The manager Tyler is rude. Amanda is there to blow smoke up some ass to ease an issue.

Cons:

Front Desk, no one come to room to take out trash nor clean rooms. You have to go get your daily towels also.

French Quarter Suites Vacay
Pros:

The desk agents were amazing. The property was very nice and well attended to. Pool area and balconies are very cool. Will definitely be renting from French Quarter Suites again.

Cons:

The only things I didn't like were no housekeeping during my week's stay, and no smoking area on the property which is odd to me being that the prices of the rooms aren't cheap. Overall, I would still give them a 10 out of 10.
