Pros:

Proximité du quartier français, à pied.
Rapport qualité/ prix correct (en hors saison)

Cons:

La douche, le rideau est mal installé et l eau coule dans la salle de bain. Obliger d éponger avec les serviettes, odeur d humidité en permanence. Pas de nettoyage des chambres. Le prix du parking 45 $ de l hotelpar nuit alors que nous avons loué une place dans un parking à 100m pour 38 dollars les 3 nuits .

Pros:

The location was great for getting around. Great restaurants in walking distance. Close to French Market and Bourbon Street.The hotel was cute and cozy. The whole staff was very nice and welcoming.

I dint not like being forced to pay for parking!!! My room was paid for and the night shift manager should be fired n my parking fees should be refunded!!!!

I like that it had private parking.

Cons:

When we arrived the room was not cleaned, dirty towels all over the floor, trash was everywhere And that couch been to be replace it’s so old and worn look like it may have bed bugs.
We were placed in another room it was okay the shower water runs on the floor because the shower curtain is too short. The dishes and silverware need a dish rack not just laying in the cabinet that not sterilized Batteries didn’t work on the tv in the living room. Second bedroom house keeping has never swept under that bed in months very dusty. We booked a room with o kitchen. We didn’t get at all.

Absolutely wonderful and will be coming back.
Pros:

The rooms are very big and well furnished with a smart TV in every room. Feels more like someone's home than a hotel and everyone so nice nice and inviting and the parking area is secure and well gated.

Cons:

Nothing. Everything was great.

Great value centrally located with spacious rooms, secure parking and all the necessities.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, helpful and friendly staff, walking distance to most points of interest, fenced in parking & mini-kitchen incl. coffee - all the basics for a good, value-oriented price for such a centrally located hotel.

Cons:

Like New Orleans itself, the hotel could use some polishing, but this is quite in line with the overall vibe and state of most things in the city. It is simply somewhat old and "antique-y" and that is part of the charm, but one must accept that some things have a little bit of a run-down feel. This pervades most places in New Orleans, frankly, and yet we had a wonderful time.
