El apartamento está bien y tiene una buena relacion calidad precio, pero la atención al cliente es pésima si tienes cualquier problema. No hay recepción y si que ofrecen un teléfono que supuestamente está disponible 24horas pero no contestan. También hay un WhatsApp que es un robot y cuando consigues chatear con un humano solo dicen que avisan a mantenimiento pero nadie viene ni te soluciona nada al respecto. Suerte que el problema que tuvimos no fue nada grave, pero estuvimos una semana y no lo solucionaron.

Pas de code avant arrivée. Appartement non conforme à réservation. Plusieurs appels nécessaires pour finalement obtenir un second appartement sans supplément (normalement) pour avoir les 2 chambres souhaitées et réservées. Le personnel ne parle pas français comme indiqué sur le site. Anglais obligatoire
ou espagnol. 2eme année ou réservation non conforme. Nous sommes exasperés.

La modalidad de que todo se haga de forma virtual no es la más cómoda, no tienen una persona para consultar algún inconveniente o inquietud, hay un teléfono dónde nadie responde, la información te la envían a cuenta gotas en lugar de hacerlo con un correo donde se explique todo el proceso desde la entrada hasta la salida del alojamiento, no se puede estar pendiente a cada momento del correo para leer cada mensaje con instrucciones. Mandos a distancia tanto de aire acondicionado y televisión sin baterías, tuvimos que comprar para hacerlo funcionar porque nadie podía resolver. La hora de salida es la más temprana que haya visto, todo con prisas, además te envían un correo el culo ví ya estando en casa que debía tirar la basura y fregar los platos. No hay acaso un servicio de limpieza??? El mismo que te está tocando a la puerta faltando 2 minutos para que sean las 10 de la mañana para sacarte literalmente del apartamento.

This is an absolutely awful hotel! Honestly, please, do not book with this company. They put us in an apartment with "windows with a pool view*. This hilariously consisted in reality of frosted glass windows in the bedrooms, which were 6 feet up the wall touching the ceiling and impossible to see out of. Added to that, the windows in the front (off the living area) had bars on them like a prison cell and looked onto a grey grafittied wall opposite. The whole place felt like a prison.

We did not get a balcony or a patio as advertised. We got a sorry looking, very much neglected "yard" on the main road, with a broken table, no shelter from the sun, and a broken vent, through which we could see the basement and generator below. We didn't have a parasol outside, or a kettle inside, or even a plug for the sink. We had an ant infestation.

The admin guys couldn't care less about our disappointment. We booked this hotel in February.
We asked for a better apartment but they
declined. We asked for a refund so we could move to a different hotel, but again they declined.
There are no on site staff. You have to email or whats app and wait for ages for a reply.

They couldn't run a bath let alone an hotel. Again, do not go anywhere near this joke of a company.

Vraiment dommage, sa pourrait etre vraiment un belle appartement.
Nid de fourmis dans le salon ou les enfants ont dormis pas très hygiénique.
Le ménage devrait être fait plus à fond.
Sinon bien situé à côté de tout.
Très difficile de trouver une place où se garer

- grande piscine bien que mal entretenue au niveau du carrelage
- Mer et commerces à proximité
- système porte à code permettant l autonomie aux membres de la famille
- coffre fort dans la chambre

>>Points négatifs :
- Difficulté d obtention du mail d accès avant l heure d arrivée
- Difficulté à se garer
- gros et petits électroménager vétustes (frigo refroidit peu , plaque chauffante lente, la grille au dessus de la plaque chauffante est ce une hotte aspirante? Pas de bouton pour la faire fonctionner !
- Clim qui refroidit pas beaucoup
- pas de Clim dans la chambre
- canapé lit HORRIBLE, matelas d appoint durs avec revêtement bruyants, impossible de dormir correctement sans maux de dos , pas sympas pour vos vacanciers qui aspirent au repos
- rideaux occultant laissent passer la chaleur
- ascenseur en panne la veille de notre départ
- bruits incessants des portes qui claquent de la résidence
- rangement inexistant dans la salle de bain

En conclusion pour un bon rapport qualité prix , prenez véritablement en compte les commentaires de vos clients pour offrir une prestation et une expérience de qualité digne du mot CONFORT que vous citez dans l appellation de votre résidence

Arrivés à 16h30. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et le congélateur était complètement décongelé et il y avait de l’eau partout j’ai dû tout nettoyer.
J’ai pris contact avec le numéro whatsap et personne n’est jamais venu.

Parking isnt easy but that is somewhat understandable given the location.
What is less understandable is the lack of communication (they dont respond on weekends) , no air conditioning in the bedroom (only the lounge) and a charge for towels.
Otherwise fine.

Im großen und ganzen war sehr schön, wir hatten Pech und es war meist sehr windig am Strand.

Des problèmes des l arrivée et nous avons attendu jusqu'au départ sans voir personne... et vraiment menage intérieure inexistant nous avons meme trouve des capuchon de rasoir dans la douche... télé non fonctionnelle personne nest venu 1 serviette pour 4 ....

In general we had a good experience during our stay. The apartment is well located and reasonably well equipped. The biggest inconvenience is that they have no staff in the premises and any problem has to be handled though a WhatsApp account that is slow to reply. When I arrived at the building, I had not yet received the email with the room information and door code, I eventually did, but it took me a while to contact them and get the information, also, the elevator was out of service and since there was no staff available at that time, we had to carry our luggage up three floors.
The night before check out, we lost electrical power in our apartment, once again we had to contact the management via the WhatsApp account to have it restored, we were told that because of the time there might not be any staff in the building to restore the power and that we most likely would have to wait until the next morning, “luckily” there was in fact somebody available and after about 30min the lights came on again.
We could definitely stay here again, but I think they should have at least one member of staff available 24h that can handle these type of issues, if not in the premises, at least on call. The company has many properties in that block, all of which use the WhatsApp account system, so I don’t think is an unreasonable request. I think it would be a big improvement in their customer service.

The rooms were really clean and tidy , very good value for money really good if you want a few days withna pool

Eine saubere, moderne Wohnung mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, das Bad war neu und die Möbel modern und ansprechend. Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht.
Abgesehen von den etwas lauten Nachbarn (die Wände waren etwas dünn), waren wir insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit dem Apartment.

pas de réception , tt se passe online sauf que pour nous pas de code du coup nous avons dormi dans la voiture .super début de séjour. quand au reste hotel médiocre mal insonorisé serviette de douche en supplément et j en passe .

Relació preu-qualitat, molt bé. Senzill, amb bona piscina. Cap problema amb el control de codis per entrar i sortir.

Remplacer le service de réception dans les hôtels, par une plate-forme téléphonique ...

Quelle sera la prochaine étape, pour gagner plus d'argent ?
