Abaixo das expectativas

O quarto era espaçoso. O pequeno almoço foi bom.

No check-in não fomos informados de que o SPA não estava a funcionar na totalidade (banho turco indisponível),
O jacuzzi, no segundo dia da nossa estadia, não estava a aquecer a água, foi impossível de utilizar! Informamos a receção mas não existiu disponibilidade para resolver o problema ou apresentar alguma solução. O nosso objetivo desta estadia era relaxar e por isso utilizar o circuito SPA. Ficou abaixo das nossas expectativas.

Serviço de SPA muito bom. Quarto limpo. Funcionários muito simpáticos

Cons:

O quarto desta vez não tinha televisão smart-tv por isso não tivemos acesso à Netflix o que da última vez que estivemos tinha.
No pequeno-almoço apesar de avisarmos a hora que o queríamos tomar chegamos lá e tivemos de ficar à espera de mesa.

A estadia foi excepcional!
Desde o quarto excelente, ao atendimento, às comodidades/serviços.
O restaurante é óptimo, o pequeno-almoço também é muito bom!
A vista é excelente também, sítio sossegado, deu para recarregar energias, com toda a certeza...

Pros:

La habitación era mucho más amplia que la media y, para cenar, la carta era escueta pero cenamos muy bien y por buen precio.

Cons:

El desayuno podría mejorar para ser Portugal. El café era de máquina muy aguado, al igual que la leche o el chocolate. Los zumos eran industriales y poca variedad.

Gostei do SPA . E da localização do hotel.

Cons:

O hotel necessita de algumas reformas. O quarto estava frio o aquecimento como é controlado pelo hotel a temperatura era baixa. Tbm não tínhamos internet no quarto. A água do chuveiro estava a uma temperatura baixa. O pavimento do hotel é em alcatifa , carece de higiene, o colchão da cama tinha uma cova, o que torna desconfortável. O pequeno almoço pouco abundante com fraca escolha a qualidade dos produtos era media. Para um hotel com 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar. Não recomendo....
