Hotel bastante bom mas com aspetos a melhorar no quarto

Localização muito boa
Limpeza do hotel incrível dos melhores que estive o hotel cheira muito bem em todo lado

Quarto suíte master bastante grande e limpo

Cons:

O mais grave para mim e o ar condicionado não faz quente apenas frio até o tive que desligar, informei o funcionário e nada foi feito.
Um dos chuveiros com cabine está danificado sendo impossível usar o duche de mão.
Foi o primeiro hotel que fui que a cama se desfez os lençóis são muito pequenos para o colchão.

A falta de empatia da menina da recepção.
Era o meu aniversário, feriado a uma segunda, não sabíamos que perto do hotel os restaurantes estavam todos fechados. Liguei para a recepção do hotel a pedir pf para arranjar uma mesa para dois uma vez que era o meu aniversário, na qual respondem “não é por ser seu aniversário, não temos como arranjar mesa porque tem poucas pessoas a trabalhar no restaurante do hotel.” Mesmo depois de termos dito que comíamos o que fosse melhor e que não nos importávamos de esperar. Lamentável a situação.

Não gostei ter que agendar hora para usar a piscina interior e ter que marcar hora para tomar o pequeno-almoço. Em laser não deveria ter que haver horas marcadas.

Piscina e localização.

Cons:

1)Ter que preencher na véspera um questionário sobre os itens que ia comer no pequeno almoço do dia seguinte, por exemplo, tipo e número de pães que cada um iria consumir no dia seguinte de manhã.

2) Na recepção, às 15h ainda não sabiam se iriam ter o restaurante aberto para jantar nessa noite.

3) Só depois de ter feito a reserva, sem hipótese de reembolso, é que recebi um email do hotel a dizer que o acesso à piscina interior era impedido a crianças não desfraldadas, mesmo com fralda impermeável, felizmente não era o meu caso, mas se fosse teria sido muito mau.

4) Almofadas da cama desconfortáveis.

São pormenores que não deveriam acontecer num hotel de 4*.

Pros:

Heel mooie omgeving en rustig gelegen, ideaal om natuurpark te verkennen. Ruime en moderne kamer. Goede badkamer.

Cons:

De bedden hadden een vreselijk dunne matras waardoor ik slecht geslapen heb. Het bed van de zoon piepte en kraakte bij elke beweging die hij maakte. Het personeel aan zowel de balie als in de ontbijtzaal was eerder nors.
