No reseption at night. Door lock got broken and no one answeared at "emergency number".
Kids were terrifyed staying korridor at night.

Poor english skills at service.

Loved Campanile Annemasse Gare! Très bonne expérience

Had to check in late. Was given the wrong code for the safe to get out room key to enter the hotel. Once finally inside the hotel we were given a room that was occupied. The receptionist opened the door with her master key to that room while someone was asleep.

The hotel was a convenient location from the station and anyone travelling to Geneva and surrounding places.
However check out is at 11am and not 12pm as stated on the website and the reception is on the first floor. On arrival day receptionist was welcoming but spoke only French.

Hotel was as expected.
We had difficulty getting to the entrance due to major roadworks on avenue du gare.
The room had a great mountain view with paragliders in the distance.
Many good and drinks options nearby (Crazy Crepes was just outside the entrance)

Upon arrival, we asked for a crib for the baby, and we were told it was being brought up, but it never came. We went back to ask for it, again told it would come, and it never did. After two nights, we asked for housekeeping to come and clean our room. When we got back, all they did was replace all the towels with two towels and take out the trash. They didn't change the sheets, or add more soap into the dispenser or clean the toilet. Finally, on the last day we asked for an iron, First they told my husband someone else was using it. 30 mins later, I sent my daughter to check for it, and they told her there was no iron in the hotel. I sent my husband again, and finally they told the truth, saying the iron was given to another guest, but they had no recollection of which guest or when it would be returned. Overall, the experience was not a good one.

Hotel itself was good, reasonably priced but neighborhood wasn’t great

Didn’t like that no small fridge in the room

Aircondition not working 25 degrees in my room. Very noisy road seems like people are racing in cars there so not an option to open window. Not clear where to enter turns out reception is not on grin floor but you need to take an elevator up. Inexperienced staff. No taxa service. Definitely overpriced.

Air-conditioned didn't work, but heating did.

Absolutely horrible the carpet was disgusting and me and the person I stayed with booked a different hotel after 1 night of feeling unsafe specially because there was a couple upstairs who sounded like they may have been in a domestic violence case screaming crying and banging all night . Do not reccomend at all

The location n service was great but room 301 has too much noise next to the laundry.
