Buono, ma mi aspettavo di più

Posizione splendida, vista mozzafiato sulla baia di Citara.
Buono il centro Wellness, molto gentile il personale di sala.

Cons:

Il breakfast monotono, con pochissima varietà, basti dire che la frutta disponibile era più sciroppata che fresca. A cena le stoviglie troppo spesso non erano ben pulite!
Il servizio di reception è stato sempre piuttosto
sbrigativo. Perfino al check out non si sono
preoccupati di chiedermi come fosse andato il soggiorno nonostante abbia trascorso lì 13 giorni in mezza pensione. Da un albergo 4 stelle mi aspettavo maggiore attenzione a questi aspetti, peccato davvero.

Abbiamo soggiornato in quest’hotel per 8 notti.. la posizione è ottimale con la fermata dei bus molto vicino ( inoltre i trasporti funzionano molto bene quindi è semplice spostarsi con i mezzi, orari flessibili fino alle 2 di notte). Quello che fa la differenza in questa struttura è sicuramente la vista spettacolare e il personale, in particolar modo Nicola alla reception, Nicolina per la pulizia delle camere, Landi e Gabriel in sala come camerieri e Abramo il tutto fare sempre disponibile.. sempre col sorriso e cordiali davvero complimenti! Il cibo è molto buono.. che dire ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Cons:

Farei qualche accorgimento nelle stanze.. non so metterei qualcosa in più per gli ospiti come ad esempio pantofole usa e getta ecc.. amplierei un pochino il buffet della colazione con qualche dolce in più.. e inserirei qualche altra attività in piscina per gli ospiti.. da dedicare qualche attenzione in più anche al dolce finale del pranzo o cena.

Мы провели восемь дней в райском месте и благодарны персоналу отеля.
Pros:

Замечательное расположение отеля! Красивейшие заката и рассветы с основной террасы. У отеля своя большая и очень ухоженная территория, 2 закрытых термальных бассейна и один открытый. Термальный парк Сады Посейдона и Сад кактусов находятся в пешей доступности. Великолепный персонал. Отличное место для полного релакса и перезагрузки.

The location offering sea views is great. Close to Poseidon Park. Half board meals are good and staff are friendly. Rooms are decent size.

Cons:

Bit of drive out of Ischia port, best to take a bus which takes 30 mins once boarded.
The hotel is ageing but gracefully so.
