la cosa piu bella è stata la vista dalla sala ristorante , il cibo è abbastanza buono , struttura pulita , buon servizio navetta

per ogni minima cosa in piu, tipo asciugamani per la piscina bevande ai pasti etc c e un sovraprezzo ......atteggiamento dell albergo davvero non da quattro stelle ma da locanda, lo staff è abbastanza amichevole fatta eccezione per una signora che si occupa delle prenotazioni ...a dir poco scorbutica per non dire altro..........fossi il proprietario prenderei provvedimenti perche con il suo comportamente gratuitamente ostile di certo non giova alla struttura

Alcuni dipendenti della struttura molto sgarbati come ad esempio il guidatore del bus navetta che mi ha trattato male per essere arrivato "solo" 5 minuti prima dell orario di partenza...diceva di aver fretta di non so cosa

Gli spazi comuni come giardini e piscina molto ben curati. Ottimo il sevizio ed i pasti di buona qualità. Ottima la posizione.

la posizione è bella ; colazione e ristorante sono buoni, offrono ampia scelta ma la qualità dei prodotti è buona , non eccellente .

Cons:

La struttura dell’hotel risulta purtroppo un po' datata e avrebbe decisamente bisogno di una ristrutturazione, a partire dal sistema di climatizzazione. Anche perchè non è proprio a buon mercato ! L'aria condizionata nelle camere è centralizzata: non è possibile regolare la temperatura, ma soltanto l'intensità della ventola. Inoltre è spesso rumorosa, al punto da aver disturbato il nostro sonno in diverse occasioni durante la notte. Un altro aspetto critico riguarda l'impianto idraulico: ad ogni cambio di pressione o di tempo, si avvertiva un forte odore di fogna proveniente dagli scarichi.Nonostante questi evidenti limiti strutturali, la gestione dell'ospite è stata impeccabile. Al nostro arrivo, una delle due camere prenotate presentava un forte cattivo odore; il personale è intervenuto tempestivamente, cambiandoci subito la stanza e assegnandocene una decisamente più confortevole.Nota di merito assoluta va a tutto lo staff della sala da pranzo. In un albergo così grande (oltre 250 camere) e ad alta affluenza, camerieri e cameriere hanno dimostrato una grandissima professionalità. Nonostante corressero letteralmente per servire tutti, non hanno mai fatto mancare un'attenzione particolare e un sorriso ai clienti.Un ultimo suggerimento costruttivo riguarda proprio la sala dedicata alle colazioni e alle cene: lo spazio è un unico stanzone gigante e dispersivo. Suddividerlo in sale più piccole e delimitate aiuterebbe a ridurre l'effetto "mensa/pensione", creando un'atmosfera decisamente più accogliente.

Хороший різноманітний сніданок буфет,готель розташований досить високо звідки відкривається чудова панорама,з готелю до пляжу і назад є трансфер ,що дуже зручно,увесь персонал ввічливий ,привітний
Ввечері закуски(антіпасно )було у форматі буфету а перші та другі страви могли вибрати з меню(3-4 позиції кожного)
