Colazione e cena sempre abbondante e buffet vario e sempre disponibile . Piscina esterna bella e ampia con un buon servizio bar.
Locali in comune con elevato sbalzo termico, la piscina termale riscalda tutto il corridoio che porta alle camere, molto caldo e umidità, la porta per entrare in piscina termale è sotto dimensionata , utilizzo piscina assurdo per il periodo, ambiente e acqua disgustosi , provato per curiosità . Terrazzo camera sempre rovente anche alla sera, unico posto per la sera la terrazza esterna. Manca un piccolo montacarichi per portare bagagli al piano superiore. Navetta hotel dovrebbe fare un servizio anche serale, gli autobus sono sempre strapieni e con orario molto variabili e a sentimento. Hotel lontano dal centro, distanza impossibile da fare a piedi .

Maten var så tråkig orkade inte äta på slutet.
Simanläggning är så liten och så mycket folk. Det stämmer inte med prisvärd. Servitriserna och städpersonal som jobbar bra.

The soundproofing is quite poor; you can hear the neighbors talking.
The food was so uninspiring that I couldn't bring myself to eat it by the end.
The pool area is tiny and overcrowded. It doesn't offer good value for money. The cleaning staff and waitress were the doing a good job.
P.S. No transfers to Forio—compare this with other hotels.

The staff were so nice and every single morning the bed sheets were been changed and it was so comfortable to stay
There was free wifi in the hotel but interestingly when you walk into your room you lost your signal if u want wifi/data you need to lean the front door then you can somehow could get it

We planned a holiday to a destination where we could find peace and a beautiful sea—something Ischia fulfilled perfectly. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the sea, which, given the island’s challenging terrain, was indeed the case. The sea was beautiful, clean, and warm. As for the hotel, I would definitely praise its cleanliness, the food, and the very helpful staff, especially Anna and Roxana, who took care of us throughout our stay! The rooms were cleaned daily, the pools were perfectly clean, and the entire surroundings were beautifully maintained. We also took advantage of an organized trip to the gardens and rented a scooter (through the agency). The hotel is quiet, with rather older clientele, which is ideal if you’re looking for peace. The ubiquitous thermal springs are a fantastic bonus—I highly recommend it!
Definitely an area for improvement is the Wi-Fi, which kept dropping out and was unstable under load or sometimes didn’t work at all. We also once requested a breakfast box, but someone unfortunately forgot about it, which was a shame. Personally, I’m not a fan of paid drinks during dinner, but I understand their policy—at least they save unfinished bottles for the next day. I would also improve the hotel signage, especially for the pool, as it’s a bit of a maze :D Overall, these are just minor issues, nothing major.
