Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Wusste, dass wir schon mal da waren. Ea war ein bisschen wie nach Hause kommen.
Auf dem Weg zum Zimmer kam uns ein Mitarbeiter entgegen, der gesehen hat, dass wir den Weg zum Zimmer suchen. Er hat ums direkt angesprochen, unseren Koffer an sich genommen und uns zum Zimmer gebracht.
Die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption waren zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Tolle Anlage, gut gepflegt. Sehr charmant.
Das Personal an der Pool Bar war super freundlich und kompetent.

Cons:

Am ersten Tag beim Frühstück wurden wir vom Personal komplett ignoriert, als wir das Restaurant betreten haben. Auch andere Gäste, die nach uns kamen wurden ignoriert.
Erst auf unsere Nachfrage hin, wo wir uns hinsetzen dürfen,wurden wir unfreundlich von einem Herrn an einem Tisch direkt am Gang neben dem Büffet platziert.
Unsere Nachfrage, ob wir woanders sitzen dürfen, wurde mit einer abwertenden Handbewegung einfach ignoriert und er verschwand fluchend in der Küche.

Was sehr irritierend war, waren die ganzen in Plastik eingepackten Aufstriche und Butter. Im Jahr 2025 ein absolutes NoGo und sollte vom Management bedacht werden.
Die Zeiten haben sich geändert.
