Funcionários e funcionárias prestativas, gentis, sorridentes, acolhedores edidpostos a verificar o que não parecia viável.

Cons:

Senti falta de alguns sabores de chá, mesmo de sachê; especialmente porque o hotel no fim de semana fica isolado de qualquer comércio. Camomila, boldo, cidreira, mate.
Não havia café disponível após as refeições, nem para comprar.
poderiam colocar uma maquina de café na recepção e um filtro de água, assim como jarras de água no restaurante.
