Great location, nice hotel, good rooms.
Pros:

The beach and water in front of the location were very nice and clean. The room size was good. Stuff was friendly. It felt safe and welcome.

Cons:

The breakfast was basic and overpriced like most things there. For the room price I expect fresh water bottles every day. Restaurant service needs to be faster and improved.

La struttura è carina e rende il soggiorno molto caraibico. Il bar ristorante è molto carino e direttamente a contatto con la spiaggia.
Anche il personale della spiaggia è molto disponibile e gentile.
Il personale della reception molto scortese.
Avevamo chiesto e poi pagato il supplemento per una stanza con vista mare, invece, pur essendo disponibile l’unica stanza vista mare (molte altre vedono il mare da un corridoio/terrazza di passaggio) non ci è stata data la possibilità di averla.

Pros:

Se respira tranquilidad... realmente relax total... la atención del restorant muy buena, con muuucha calma, pero te ayuda a bajar revoluciones... la playa ideal, muy tranquila y el agua muy agradable... los atardeceres, increíbles.

Cons:

Ufff... las visitas de los tours por el día... pero después de las 15:30 volvía la calma otra vez

Nettes, kleines Hotel , aber kein Privatstrand.
Pros:

Nettes, kleines Hotel mit sehr guter Lage direkt am Strand.
Schönes, großes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, renoviert.
Sehr gutes Restaurant, aber etwas teuer und auch die Bar macht
schon um 9:00 zu.

Cons:

An zwei Tagen von unseren drei Tagen Aufenthalt wurden mit Bussen ca. 100 Leute von Kreuzfahrtschiffen hier am Hotelstrand abgeladen, der wurde dadurch sehr laut und voll. Da die Liegen dann nicht gereicht haben, wurden noch zusätzliche sehr eng aufgestellt.
Ich dachte, wir hätten einen kleinen , ruhigen, privaten Hotelstrand,
aber das war nicht so.

Worth it!
Pros:

Very close to the beach. Roos were cleaned as often as requested. Staff were very welcoming.

Cons:

Sometimes the hot water didn’t come in but it wasn’t a big deal.

La ubicación es excelente. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar ya que no hablábamos inglés, se destaca la amabilidad de Samanta. Un lugar muy lindo, limpio y agradable.

Preisleistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung.
Pros:

Sehr schöne, saubere Zimmer. Room Service top.

Cons:

Fast täglich kommen große Ausflugsgruppen (Kreuzfahrer oder so), und bekommen in der Anlage ein 3 stündliches Karibikfeeling verkauft.
Sehr unangenehm für Hotelgäste.
Barpersonal unmotiviert.
