Nice facilities with a full kitchen. I would stay again but upgrade so everyone had a real bed
Pros:

I liked the property. Clean and nice staff on hand. Friendly and had recommendations for any of our inquiries.

Cons:

The king bed was comfortable. The room was for sleeping 3 people with the 3rd on the pullout sofa bed. That was not possible with the thin mattress and hard bar in the middle. Our 3rd just slept on the couch which was luckily long enough.

Pros:

Wonderful stay overall! My husband and I came up for a family reunion and greatly enjoyed the property and loved revisiting old stomping grounds. There was a tiny bit of confusion with the access codes as it was noted we were on the fourth floor in the email but we figured out quickly it was really the third floor. Smooth sailing from there and the condo was beautiful, clean and loved the amenities! Highly recommend and we looking forward to coming back soon!

Absolutely worth the price
Pros:

I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The sheets and towels were fresh , and there were extra clean towels and sheets shrink wrapped in the closet.

Pros:

Great place to stay. Very good location to walk downtown Kennebunk. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful to any questions about the unit. Very clean and modern.

Great property fantastic staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Off season rates are amazing. Huge condo with awsome views. Right above a fantastic coffee shop as well. Love when I’m able to get a booking.

Cons:

Parking lot is a little tight with larger suv or trucks. Wish there was a hot tub out on the roof deck but still fine with out.

Very clean, spacious apartment for a weekend away with friends.
Pros:

Great location, safe building, parking spots included. Balcony with table and chairs was so nice! Lots of space in our 2 bedroom apartment. Perfect for girls weekend away.

Cons:

WiFi didn’t really work. Basic cable available, it would’ve been great to have Firestick in the smart tv to access Netflix etc.
