BW Northwest Lodge is our Boise home!
Pros:

We always stay at the BW Northwest Lodge when we travel to Boise. The hotel is consistently clean, yummy breakfast and bedtime cookies, great dining area and pool/hot tub. We love the location, kind of tucked away but so close to everywhere we need to be. Staff is helpful and friendly, cost of the stay is reasonable. And as Reward members we love the perks and points!

Pros:

Price and location for my needs, just a bed to sleep in, and this hotel serves that purpose well.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike as such, the hotel lacks character and a friendly feel in my humble opinion but that's to be expected as most guests are transient given it's location near the airport, it's not a destination hotel. 🙂

There was a double booking issue (Expedia mistakenly did two different bookings) the front desk was so helpful! And understood and is refunding the second prepayment.
Great staff and the remodel is beautiful! The quietest Best Western I've ever stayed at! I will definitely stay again if I pass through there again!
